Digital Certification System Abstract:

The objective of Digital Certification System is for generating unique trainee numbers for trainees and generate report by enrolling the trainee number. Authorized users can directly enter into the system and can enroll the trainees in the database. After logging in, you will be seeing main menu with available options. Users can easily operate the system and can update the system where ever it is necessary. Finally certificates can be generated for trainees depending upon their project work. Brief Description Of The Existing System: Each time trainees have to wait a long time, so that they can proceed for the next process. For suppose an out pass issue for the trainee is a lengthy process when it is done manually, as they need to refer the register containing the student details and re-enter the required information in the out pass. For getting the details of the trainee they have to refer throughout the register, if the joining date of the trainee is not available. The same process repeats each time when generating the outgoing pass and issuing certificate. Brief Description Of Proposed System: The details of the students are entered in the database only once, they remain saved. The trainee number is automatically generated after entering the details. With trainee number, outgoing pass and undertaking form is generated easily. By entering the project name, trainee number, deparment name the certificate are automatically generated.

 If the trainee number is forgotten, then using the name of the trainee and the phone number the system easily retrieves the trainee number. Modules:
The proposed system provide the facilities for the following modules:

1.Data Entry Module :- A trainee has to register with the organization by filling his
details in the data entry page.He need to take the trainee number which was generated from the data entry module.He has to make sure that his details are entered correctly into the database

2.Outgoing Pass Module:- This module consists of two fields namely:

Trainee number: The trainee has to enter his trainee number in the specified column.

Outgoing pass: The trainee has to click the button and he need to take the print out of the outgoing pass.

3.Undertaking Module:- This module also contains two fields namely:

Trainee number: The trainee has to enter his trainee number in the specified column. Undertaking: The trainee has to click the button and he need to take the print out of the undertaking form.

4.Certification Module:- This module also contains two fields namely:

Trainee number: The trainee has to enter his trainee number in the specified column. Certificate: The trainee has to click the button and he need to take the print out of the certificate at the end of the training.

5.Trainee number recovery Module:- This module contains two requirements

namely: Trainee name: Trainee has to enter his name in the specified column. Phone number: Trainee has to enter his phone number which was specified at the date of joining
