Preliminary engineering for regional detention projects for Halls, Little White Oak, Hunting, Sims and White Oak Bayous. The City constructs many projects that require determination and mitigation of impacts. Designing and contracting on a regional or subregional basis for multiple projects would reduce up-front and long term maintenance costs at multiple sites. Estimated 2011 9,300 1,000 6,000
