Step 3: Click on the Validate button and select Validate option to make sure that the transaction is correct
Now the accounting manager will review the journal then approve the journal by: Step 4: Click Approval >> Reported a ready Step 5: Click Approval >> Approve

Step 7: Verify posting in the general ledger. Go to the chart of accounts for Interest Expense (52020103). Click on Transactions button.
