Proposal on Marketing Campaign (MC) For Black Pepper

(i) Introduction In pursuit of the efforts and the need to utilize existing resources at full potential, Black Pepper is aiming to conduct a Marketing Campaign (MC) for its upscale restaurant. For this purpose Orange Mark (P) Ltd (Advertising Agency) seeks to provide advertising and marketing consultancy services to undertake this assignment. The Agency will coordinate the tasks with the appointed coordinator/Management Committee of Black Pepper. The Agency will thus report to this coordinator/Management Committee. (ii) Scope of Work

1. Identifying potential market (activities supporting MC) 2. Designs and advert productions for the campaign
3. Strategy Implementation 4. Discussion/Facilitation for further improvement Area to be covered: Specific points to be covered will be identified after elaborated discussion with Black Peppers management (iii) Objectives

(i)

Within the broad scope of MC to conduct marketing for pre determined product/service range and gather information to represent the market potential (present/future). Such information is expected to support the management decision in how to improve the practices and capture/generate more market share for Black Pepper. (iv) Methodology and Process In order to fulfill the above mentioned objective, the MC would be carried out individually for all three products. Duration would directly depend upon the area and size of market to be covered. (vi) Output At the end of the assignment, the Agency will provide a presentation of the findings and the Agency will assist to take further decisions required to develop and implement strategies required to achieve the required goal of increasing market share. (vii) The Team The team for the IME would comprise of following members: Team Leader (Consultant ) 1 Marketing Associates 3 Designers 2 Project Coordinator - 1 (viii) Estimated Budget The proposed Estimated budget for the Marketing Campaign is NRs. 70,000/- only. The Cost does not cover any design or print materials and is charged only for the efforts. (ix) Contract & Agreement To Further process on the proposal on Brand Launch Campaign, a written agreement will be signed on between the Agency and Black Pepper.
