True savings and efficiencies in recruitment are made when you get the best candidate in the shortest period of time, without wasting effort on unnecessary administration and interviewing of unsuitable candidates. This can be achieved by targeting your advert so that it appeals to and is seen by the most relevant candidates. Our Premium and Featured Positions help you to further differentiate your school and role attracting more closely matched applicants. This increased targeting works much in the same way as our premium online packages and for this reason we ask that these print packages be purchased in conjunction with an online Gold package.

Featured Position
These are adverts that are located in any of the following positions: front page, inside front page, index page, inside or outside back cover. As these pages are used by nearly all readers it will ensure an exceptionally high number of views for your role meaning you can fill the role more quickly. Double page spreads also fit into this category.

Premium Position
