Balance amount should be settled direct by Cash/Credit card on the same day soon after the function. GENERAL INFORMATION: You shall be charged for minimum guaranteed pax even if they are less during the function. The Above mentioned rates are only valid for this particular occasion only. The advance payment against confirmation will not be refunded Bill to be paid Immediate after the function same day by cash or credit card. Extra Light & Sound by guest will be chargeable. Snacks Service will be for 1 hrs from the function starts. D.J. Music system is permitted to play till 22.00 hrs only. Extra power & Lighting will be charged. No External vendor we allow, we are well equipped & have our own vendor registered. The above-mentioned rates are for this function / event only and subject to revision in future. The bills are raised as per guarantee or actual whichever is more. All food & beverage has to be sourced from the hotel. The use of fireworks within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited & the right of use reserved by the management. Any damage occurred during the function would be borne by the host. For any Musical Programmed, IPRS (The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd) License, & PPL( Phonographic Performance Ltd.) License, are mandatory & needs to be obtained by the host prior to the function date.
