This series will help you gain a better understanding of the changes that are taking place with your body, what exercises and activities are most beneficial, and which to avoid. Well incorporate and educate you about the three major components of fitnessflexibility, cardio, and strength. Youll learn ways to increase circulation, improve balance, strengthen muscles and bones, alleviate aches and pains, and calm your mind. Small group class; limited to six participants.

Aqua Pilates
These exercises are gentler on joints and muscles than land-based exercises. Combining the principles of Pilates with the benefits of aquatic exercise, youll strengthen muscles, enhance flexibility and posture, and sharpen coordination through the use of buoyancy, resistance, and gentle movement.
