Progress Report of Flood Relief activities Batool Welfare Trust (BWT) has engaged in Flood Relief Activities in the

Khyber P akhtoon Khawa, Punjab, Sindh and AJK with full commitment and enthusiastically. The competent and hardworking Humanitarian Actors of BWT gauged the gravity of s ituation and worked day and nights in the flood affected areas of KPK, Punjab, S indh and AJK. On the other hands BWT Humanitarian workers is also attended District Coordinati on meeting in different Districts including D.I.Khan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Multa n, Peshawar Sukkar, etc.on regular intervals. Subsequent to the above mentioned cluster and DCM meetings, BWT has also conduct ed several other meetings regarding flood relief activities in different parts o f flood hit areas, IncludingRawalpindi,Islamabad,D.I.Khan,Nowshera,Peshawar,Mult an,Sukkar,Liyya, Muzaffargarh, etc in line with the consent of Executive Body o f Batool Welfare Trust four teams were constituted in different flood hit areas o f Pakistan. D.I.Khan Humanitarian Actor team was lead by Khalid Mehmood Khattack (Chief Coor dinator BWT D.I.Khan) (Male Team) while Urooj Munir Khattak Coordinator (Women T eam) lead their teams respectively, and mobilized their team for relief and resc ue activities. Noswhera Humanitarian Team teams headed by Ajmal Khan BWT Coordinator, while Anw ar Ul-Hassain is assistant coordinator Nowshera lead their teams according to th e situation in the districts Nowshera. Khalid Khan Khattak lead as a coordinator of BWT in District Charsadda,while Adn an Khan perfumed as a assistant coordinator with his coordinator and lead his c ompetent humanitarian team for the relief and rescues activities in Charsadda,Pa bbi and adjoining areas. The District Coordination Team of BWT in Multan is lead by Rana Bashir as a Coor dinator and Fazal Abbas as a assistant coordinator in Multan,and they highly eng aged in relief activities of BWT will full commitment. On the directives of General Secretary and Director Admin of Batool Welfare Trus t the task was given to all head of Humanitarian Teams to develop strong coordina tion with Army Flood Control Cell and District Administration in all respective areas,. District Administration and Army authorities looking after the Relief an d rescue activities. Batool Welfare Trust Psychologist has provided mental relief to the great scores of flood affectees, particularly women community of flood hit areas. Provide effective training to women to protect themselves and other women commun ity from Violation Against Women. BWT has also trained & motivated the flood affected women to play their role to End Violance Against them.

Nazia Batool President BWT, Muhammad Kabir General Secretary of BWT, Shahzad Dar , F.Sec, Raja Shahzad and Raziq Ali along with other humanitarian actors of BWT holds a relief activities and coordination meeting with Pak-Army Flood Control C ell Nowshera and chalked out a comprehensive plan and sought guidance for line o f action. An other meeting was held with Colonel Shahid and Colonel Kashif in charge Army Flood Control Cell Nowshera Cantt to chalk out a plan and distribution mecha nism of food and other items for flood affectees.
