2011DanGoodman SincetheadoptionoftheFourteenthAmendment,therearenowtwocitizens undertheConstitutionoftheUnitedStates.ThefirstisacitizenoftheUnitedStates. 2.TheConstitutionforbidstheabridgingoftheprivilegesofacitizenoftheUnited States,butdoesnotforbidthestatefromabridgingtheprivilegesofitsowncitizens.
