Production of fabrics and warp knitted cloths

Designing of jacquard fabrics is carried out by means of NED GRAFIK System, Holland, allowing to project single layered, one and half layered, double layered fabrics with various types of bonding and with use up to 7 colours of weft yarns.

A technologist dessinator creates the dobby patterns and enters the pattern layout into the loom terminal.

Production of circular knitted cloths

Designing is carried out by means of PIC 3 Program by the machines of electronic type. This program allows to use up to 14 colours of applied yarns.
