C I’d like you to identify who I’m speaking to.

C We come to you as the Council of A’n I n the greater collective of the Elohim

W Do you come in the Christ consciousness in the highest good of all concerned?

C We do come to you in the light of the one known to you as the Christed one.

W and that you are operating out of the highest good of service to others

C we are unable to speak of polarity. Only that we come in the light of the one known to
you as Christ

W could you explain why you don’t speak of polarity

C In the realm from which we come we have no thing, which you would deem polarity.
There is only unity.

W In this dimension there is polarity yes?

C in your dimension, from the third dimensional perspective we say that your
consciousness attenuates to that which you would deem polarity.

W And as I understand it, there is service to self-polarity and service to others polarity.

C This is an approximation of what you could term negative and positive polarization

W do you assist those of a negative polarity as well as those of a positive polarity?

C we assist all who ask for us in the service of the one creator.

W Why is that sometimes the Council of A’an gives us information and sometime the
Council of Elohim?

C It is transmission problem or element depending upon the availability and frequency

attenuation of the various factors that may be able to answer your questions.
W I have some questions from the instrument. What is the current emotional release she’s
in and how long will it continue at this level of intensity.

C The entity asks of her energetic space and experience. We say, by checking into the
entity as it know stands, that the current transitional point in terms of fusion of various
realities has come to fruition and has now crossed over to the other side. Consciously the
entity still grapples with the conception she is indeed the instrument for this extra sensory
knowing. However with time and practice it is becoming more integrated into her whole
life pattern and scenario, thus she will be able to accommodate it energetically,
physiologically and emotionally in terms better and more comfortably than in the past.
The emotional purging will lesson in intensity and frequency. We would say that the
worst of the storm is now over. There remains some additional storage which must be let
go of though this can be done more gently than has been previously experienced as she
learns to trust more deeply the energy flows will open and the body be more supported
inter-dimensionally as well as a sense of fulfillment and purposefulness in the life.

W does the act of doing these kinds of sessions debilitate the instrument/

C we would say not necessarily at this point as long as it is done in these kinds of
circumstances similar to this evening in your home under the auspices of protection and
groundedness and proper precautions taken as to who is present.

W are there any exercises the instrument can do to help the process.

C We would recommend deep breathing exercises when in solitary mood or when the
energy frequents the body and the heart starts to go to fast energetically these will help
slow it down and anchor it. What is happening is an influx of cosmic energy into the
fourth chakra. This is very powerful and is amplifying to do great a degree the process of
transmission of codes which currently is overwhelming for the body to handle thus much
fear is accelerated into the nervous system and the emotional centers, the entity wanting
to shut down and go into seclusion for one or two days afterwards.

W In what ways can I help this instrument in this process.

C we would stress to you gentleness and more gentleness. Your stern manner serves to
accomplish the opposite of your intent.

W Sometimes there’s the experience where things are very unbalanced between the entity
and myself. Can that be rectified?

C We would say that the natural reconciliation of these various tendencies will come
about of its own accord in the next 2 to 3 months. By December, the energy discordance
which you now feel will have eased somewhat and the kind of braidedness and
rootedness will make itself felt between the essence of both of your beings. It is a matter
of patience for you are both attempting to integrate vastly different energies into a
working continuous spectrum something which is very rarely done in such a manner in
this physical dimension.

W can you explain the value of this kind of integration

C the value is that you have depth and you also have access to the celestial realms in
ways ordinarily lacking such depth and groundedness. It is as if you have a vast
foundation which goes deep but also reaches very very high. You have both.

W by integrating with this with the entity what are the positive outcomes?

C the positive outcomes are that you would be able to have a greater service to humanity
now as it stands in its current state of flux and instability.

W in other words, the two of us are considerably stronger than each of us individually as
this integration takes place.

C we would say this is accurate.

W At some point in the past, it was recommended the idea of moving to Arizona. Is that
still a good idea. Is there any reason why Arizona over Virginia Beach. If we didn’t take
distance into consideration, is there any reason as to why Arizona over anywhere else.

C we sense Arizona as a place energetically magnetic and particularly receptive to the

frequencies with which you both are working now. It is a place which would be a fairly
easy transition for you, although it may not be a final settling place. We indicate 2 to 3
years in such a place.

W mesa was recommended. is bullhead just as good.

C we indicate mesa

W does it look like the possibility of physical danger in this area after 2 to 3 months time.

C there is always the possibility of seismic instability however it is not for this reason you
would be asked to relocate.

W It’s because we’d have an energetic affinity with that location?

C Is this something to be done as soon as possible?

W for the instrument, what would be the ideal way to make use of her talents now and
what way could she use her current level of abilities.

C we would say doing precisely the work which is now in session. In such a setting here
as your home with hand picked participants and having your friend Terry as you have
indicated participate in the transcriptions thus helping to anchor this modality of bringing
information into the physical. The entity is to isolated and needs a support network
emotionally and psychologically not to feel isolated in such a venture. There is no need
for such isolation. The sooner the entity embarks upon this quest, the sooner the work, the
value the integration, wished for shall manifest and shall be given both yourself and the
entity plus the added joy of bringing care and love to those who these messages could
potentially serve. Do not hide this entity away. Share her gifts with others in as much as
they themselves are of value and value these messages. Discernment is appropriate at all
times.

W I do realize the value of what the instrument is doing. She needs to have her own
acknowledgement of that value. Two instances where we did these sessions in other
peoples homes seemed less than successful so taking your advice it’s best not to do it
outside of our home?

C Yes. Do it here.

W a question for myself, regarding the project with the David Wilcock book, we recently
had a question about two possibilities of two directions to go . on e was a definite offer
and the other was a way of doing it ourselves as well as a presentation to a very big
publisher. At the moment it’s in limbo, is there a direction that seems more positive?

C the council speaks go with the direction of thine own heart. Where you feel the hearted
energy, that’s where you must go.

W there are situations where there can be heart either way. One way has not unfolded yet.
It’s not complete. one of the parties has not seen the book yet.

C do you believe in your project?

W Yes

C then you must hold a vision for the path which you would like to see it unfold. This is
the path it shall take. You are creating it as you sleep, as you slumber, as you meditate
upon. It is not a given. It is something which is created out of nothing, out of belief. How
would you like to see it published?

W I would like to see it available to as many people as possible.

C then hold this vision. as you hold this vision, it must manifest.

W can you tell me where my dream messages are coming from

C they are coming from aspects of your higher self.

W are they coming from Akenaten?

C we would say this is so.

W And Ra

C under the auspices of.

W would it be appropriate to ask you for interpretation of some of the messages?

C Yes

W. For example “I like the way it feels, but if you think electrical makes it better, go
ahead.

C you ask about this?

W yes

C that was an indication that a process may be greatly enhanced or speeded up if you so
desire.

W so if I relate this to the publisher of the book perhaps it relates to the two choices?

C That is possible.

W then there was a dream of me putting something in the refrigerator, some drinks, and I
ran out of room and Daphne said put it on top of the refrigerator. What does this mean?

C this would indicate that as of yet there is not room to hold all that you offer for
nourishment yet.

W on the back of the refrigerator there was a question mark which was moving. I said to
leave it in and Daphne said to take it out.

C do you understand the significance of the dream?

W In other words I didn’t want to make a decision on something and she wanted to make
a decision.

C yes

W then there’s another one, Do you guys have senses of humor.

C laughter ..We think of jello question in the refrigerator.

W another refrigerator dream . There was a refrigerator with juice in it. Someone said
would you like to take some and I said OK. The refrigerator must represent nourishment?

C yes and possibilities for future nourishment.

W ok the keys I’m holding are bigger than what my consciousness can currently perceive.
What would help me to implement those keys into the world?

C Believe in what you are doing. Integrate your life with the life of your helpmate. Don’t
leave her aside. Put your energies together. The suggested project of transcription for her
would be of added benefit on many levels.

W of the David Wilcock tapes

C affirmative.

W I do want to include her. Sometimes she herself is apathetic to things.

C she does not know how to be included. You must show her very concretely. Once you
show her, then she will understand. It is not enough to throw out a concept and say do.
Sit down spend the time. Go through. She understands by doing. She understands by
hands on . she does not understand by abstract concept.

W in the process of ascension, are the majority of people going to enter inter-dimensional
spaceships who are going to ascend.

C we would not say spaceships. We would say inter-dimensional portals. They may
appear to some people as spaceships making it easier for them to understand what they
are doing.

W would one expect the negative forces to also be having portals?

C this is a possibility.

W is it possible for someone to be fooled if they are not prepared with prior knowledge or
discernment?

C yes

W so this knowledge and discernment could be very important.

C ultimately all roads lead to god but in the short run yes.

W one of the choices in terms of the book which would bring it into a lot of peoples
hands potentially would also bring it a lot of public attention, media attention, Could this
attention be negative.
C we would say now that it is more of the positive vector than negative.

W is there anything you would advise regarding the manner in which the relationship
with David Wilcock is progressing?

C it seems that between the two of you, the rapport is indeed blossoming and developing.
We would ask that you continue using each other as a sounding board. To continue
weighing various concerns and the pros and cons of various paths and to keep in close
touch, one with another.

W regarding music, I suppose that is some thing we should develop slowly, the
instrument and myself.

C yes although it would be good to do it fairly regularly just for yourselves even if in
short spurts, it would serve to strengthen the emotional bond and give emotional support
and nurturing to the entity. She feels a current lack of emotional depth and connection
with so much of your work being of a solitary venture,,

W in terms of increasing cash flow do you have any suggestions”

C the cash flow problem should be alleviated in the next two to three weeks with a
breakthrough in the current publishing scheme.

W can you help, if it’s for the highest good, is it possible for you to intervene in my
sister’s healing process?

C Yes we see she has made great strides. Due mostly to yourself. She is much stronger
now and in a much better position

W so I thank you for any contributions on your part.

is there anything we can do for Daphne’s father Stan

C it would be very good for a visit to be made.

W I sense it would be very good for Daphne and myself to visit David Wilcock, my
sister, and her father over the next couple of months.

C yes. And Carla.

W ok I think I’ve covered my major questions here. In terms of political changes, earth
changes, anything pending.

C unfortunately we see a pending unsatisfactory result of bush’s stand with Iraq. Prepare
yourselves psychologically for an invasion of sorts.
W terrorist activities would occur. ?

C thus would be part of the equation. We see invasion mentality.

W do we see the possibility of nuclear weapons

C unfortunately it is a possibility. Although there are safety measures in place.

W are those safety measures inter-dimensional

C yes

W from my position there is nothing Daphne and I could do?

C pray meditate hold council in your living room. Do exactly as you were doing this
evening with others present. Share this knowledge. Share this access. It is indeed a
strengthening tool. A healing tool. Do not act as if you are alone.

W thank you for answering all our questions and being here for us. I do have one more
thing. In researching the Elohim, they were described as one of the creator gods of the
solar system. Are we talking to the same Elohim?

C we are a division of what you would say.

W so when the original one infinite creator broke off and started creating this universe,
where did the Elohim enter”?

C into the third dimension?

W into being into existence

W and in earth years, how many years ago?

C 78 billion years ago.

W at what point did the elohim participate in this solar system

C 4 million years ago

W and what was the incentive to start that interaction in this solar system,
C to protect the fledgling humanoid species.

W this was 4 million years ago

W on this planet

C yes

W was that the first instance of human on this planet

C that we are aware of

W was that human population that was bred here or brought from an other world

C the combination of both. They were both brought and bred

W where were they brought?

C we see the star Sirius

W does the evolution of this planet impact the Elohim in a positive way. In other words
if there’s more beings harvested is there a positive result which the Elohim experiences
from that?

C of course the elohim wishes the highest good for its spiritual children. there is not a
direct connection in that the human evolution does not directly effect the Elohim but it is
an indirect connection.

W I believe the Mormon religion was started as an interaction between Joseph Smith and
the Elohim. Is this the same Elohim?

C yes

And the same council that we’re speaking with right now were the same council
impacting the beginning of the Mormon religion?

C yes
