Purpose: TheMadisonValleySkiClubwasformedtoallowMadison Valley Skiers and Snowboarders the opportunity to enjoy MoonlightBasinResort.ThebenefitsofClubMembership include the use of Jack Creek Road and discounted Moonlight Basin season passes. Being a Member also allows you the opportunity to car pool and meet new friends! HEADLININGNEWSForThisSeason! ThisskiseasonsbiggestnewsisthatMVSCMemberswillnolongerberestrictedtodeparturecaravans toandfromMoonlightBasin.MadisonValleySkiClubmemberswillbeallowedtousetheJackCreek Roadintheirmostresponsiblediscretionduringthehoursof7:45amand6:45pmduringskiseason. RoadpasseswillbeissuedtoMembersandMemberswillbenoticedwhenthegatecodeischanged throughouttheseason.JackCreekRoadmayonlybeusedbyMadisonValleySkiClubmemberstoski and snowboard and otherwise patronize Moonlight Basin resort, and for no other purpose. Club membersmusthaveavalidseasonpassordayticketforthatdayintheirpossessionwhileontheJack Creek Road. Please note that Moonlight Basin will strictly enforce the Rules of the Roadwith zero toleranceforoffenders.TheconditionsofroaduseprivilegeareexplainedindetailintheJackCreek RoadUseAgreementandtheJackCreekRoadRuleshandout. MembershipFee: $100.00 Membershipisperindividualorfamily;eachClubMembershipwillbeallowedtodesignateuptotwo vehicles. The membership fee is used for offsetting road maintenance expenses of Moonlight Basin andoperatingexpensesoftheMadisonValleySkiClub. Season Passes & Lift Tickets: Members of MVSC and their guests are required to have a Moonlight Basin season pass or have a lift ticket in their possession when accessing Moonlight Basin via Jack Creek Road. Season Passes are available for Madison Valley Ski Club Members at a discounted rate until December 31, 2011. Each Madison Valley Ski Club Member is held to strict adherence of the ROAD RULES, including the terms and conditionssetforthontheJackCreekRoadUseAgreement.Ifyouarecaughtinviolation,evenonce,youwilllose yourprivilegetouseJackCreekRoadandyouwillloseyourMembershipinMadisonValleySkiClub. ACCESS Isavailableonadailybasis,beginningDecember10(forseasonpassholders)andDecember11(forallother Members)throughClosingDayatMoonlightBasin,spring2012. MembermayaccesstheprivateportionofJackCreekRoad,beginningat7:45amandendingat6:45pm.This meansthatyouhavetopassthroughtheuppergateonthereturntripatapproximately6:00pm.This timeframeismeanttoreducetrafficcongestioninthemorningwithcommutingemployeesandtoensurethe safereturnofallskiclubmemberstotheMadisonValley. Jack Creek Road is accessed by an entrance gate at each end; the gate is opened by entering a code into the keypadateachentrance.ThisgatecodewillchangeeachmonthonDec15,Jan19,Feb16,Mar15andApr19; currentMVSCmemberswillbeemailedthecodepriortothegatecodechange.Pleaseberemindedthatthis codeisconfidentialandmembersarenotallowedtogivethiscodeouttoanyone.
