ZRP-5 Remote Control Processor

The ZRP-5 is a low-cost programmable control processor that is designed to automate the operation of audio/video and other electronic systems. The ZRP-5 is equipped with support for separate RTI 2.4GHz ZigBee RF transceivers (ZM-24) for outstanding wireless coverage, while RTI in-wall products can be connected for complete control. Multiple ZM-24 Transceiver Modules or RM-433 RF Antennas can be used to gain greater RF transmission coverage in larger projects, providing the freedom to access and control the electronics system from just about anywhere.

Five infrared output ports compatible with industry standard IR emitters, blasters, and repeater systems. High-output infrared port for adding IR connecting block and emitters. Stores all system commands and macros for reliable control. Three voltage sense inputs for monitoring power status of controlled devices. Compatible with all RTI wireless remote controls (when used with RF antennas/transceivers) and In-wall controllers. IR output port incorporates both short-circuit and overload protection. Seamless programming using Integration Designer software.

The ZRP-5 Remote Control Processor provides truly reliable and costeffective control in a small package. Control your equipment from nearly anywhere by adding multiple ZM-24 Transceiver Modules along with an RTI ZigBee enabled remote control or use 433MHz models of RTI remote controls and antennas. Add the compatibility with RTI in-wall controllers and you can see what makes the ZRP-5 an amazingly powerful and flexible control processor.

Five variable-strength infrared ports command your equipment and a highoutput terminal welcome an IR connecting block and emitters for control of even the most complex stack of electronics. The ZRP-5 is equipped with three programmable voltage sense ports for tracking power status of external sources. Also, unlike simple IR-to-RF converters, the ZRP-5 stores all system IR commands and macros where they should be within a central processor, ensuring reliable and predictable operation.

Non-volatile Flash memory stores your system configuration even when power is not present. Variable IR output on all ports. Field upgradable firmware. USB programming.
