Coordinated production on over 100 different shoots ranging from on-location scripted shows to in-studio non-scripted shoots, from pre-production to post-production. Responsibilities included: o o o Talent coordination: Booking talent, running and filming auditions, generating talent contracts, and coordinating all talent paperwork including union time reports (exhibit G) and payroll paperwork Production support: Hiring crew, shooting behind the scenes and promotional footage, managing PAs, renting equipment, coordinating pickups and returns, making call sheets, and managing the PO book Post-production support: Management and data transfer of all footage (in multiple formats) and delivering footage to post-production.

Created and managed a shareable online database of assets and equipment. Also performed office manager duties. Responsibilities included IT support such as internet, wireless network and printer connectivity and maintenance. Office responsibilities ordered office supplies, arranged shipping of packages, and coordinated office maintenance with landlord.
