KENYAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS: A SHORT DOCUMENT ON HOW TO POSSIBLY END POVERTY IN KENYA Dear Reader: This document is in all,

intended, to help with, ending or lowering really, poverty levels, seen in Kenya. A document too, intended for the Swahili Nations, and Islamic groups in Kenya, who it is believed, can truly seriously help, in an area, where decade after decade, Government has truly failed. It is in many ways really, a short document, of the three forms, of Knowledge, required in all, to create, a properly functioning Kenya <and all done too, from grassroots levels>. Knowledge in many ways, rather communal, but in all too really, also of the Religious mold. It can be said, that three forms of Knowledge, are in all, required to run Kenya: 1. Structural 2. Architectural 3. Political/Procedural Structural Knowledge: Structural Knowledge in all Dear Reader, speaks of Knowledge, that is highly in all, rather Cultural, and Lifestyles oriented too. Knowledge too Dear Reader, that was covered, in a previous Email, sent to you <and in a Folder, labeled Developing Kenya>. Architectural Knowledge: Architectural Knowledge, pertains to Knowledge, that in all, is involved in, Managerial activities, as especially pertaining, to the Planning of things, and problem solving Designs too. This form of Knowledge, was covered also, in an Email, sent to you previously, and in a document titled shortly An Economic Revival Plan. Political/Procedural Knowledge: Political/Procedural Knowledge Dear Reader, pertains to really, Knowledge in all, required to run, Kenya, from a Political perspective. Knowledge too Dear Reader, pertaining to survival issues, as with regards really, to meeting ones basic Human needs, or in general too, Knowledge pertaining, to solving truly, ones Personal/psychological problems. Knowledge too Dear Reader, of importance, as in asking, who does, or does not, truly belong, in Kenya. Kenyan Political Power and Statehood: This document in all Dear Reader, speaks of, the very many problems, that have faced Kenya, as a Political State <and a failed one, for that matter>. It speaks of really, Kenyas attempt, to possibly create Statehood, as with the

attempt in all, to formulate, Indigenous Political Power <and in opposition perhaps, to what they do term, a Colonial Rule Heritage>. While the presented before, Knowledge, both Structural and Architectural, speak of truly, Kenya, as a Sovereignty, and a Sovereign State too, it can be said, that all Kenyans, truly meet, at the Political level <meaning truly Dear Reader, as with Sovereignty, that the very concept of Tribe/People in Kenya, can be strongly developed, into formulating it, as a Sovereignty, or even, Sovereign States>. Yet though Dear Reader, the Political in Kenya, has proven, to be rather difficult, to deal with, as with the case of, peoples entering Kenya, and hoping to exist, by begging even, of the Government <or Wealthy too>. In all really Dear Reader, what is been asked of here, is whom truly, does belong in Kenya <as with survival issues>, and how in all, can one truly, define Kenyan Statehood perhaps, as with regards really Dear Reader, to the wielding <and molding even>, of Political Power. That all this, does not speak of Democracy really <which is more akin, to a Sovereign State, and Architectural Knowledge too>, but to how in all, to bring together, different kinds of Kenyans, while in all, attempting, to retain Individualism <as pertaining to Religious, Racial, or even Ancestral Identities>. Kenyan Statehood in all, can be said perhaps, to be a mutual agreement by all, on how, people choosing to reside in Kenya, should in general survive <and as with especially, when dealing with, Personal/psychological problems too>. That in many ways Dear Reader, a lot of survival issues in Kenya, are more of the Personal/psychological, rather than Group/Human Needs, variety. Having said that Dear Reader, one can hopefully see, that a lot of Political problems arising in Kenya <and Ethnic based too>, are truly, of the Personal/psychological, rather than Group/Human Needs variety. That in all, unlike in most other places out there, the average Kenyan <as an Individual>, is driven mainly, by Urges and Drives, and not Fears, as compared really, to the Western world. Fears of course Dear Reader, referring to, Group/Human Needs issues. To understand Kenyan Statehood Dear Reader, is to perhaps, understand, how Political Power in Kenya <and as with survival issues, and drives/urges driven too>, has come to be formulated in all. That truly, Political Power in Kenya, has been pastly, formulated as following: 1. Language & Vernacular 2. Tribe and Ancestry 3. Caste and Background The first Dear Reader, that of Language & Vernacular, truly actually speaks of, dividing the Kenyan People, into speakers of English, Kiswahili, and Vernacular too. What though, this has resulted in Dear Reader, is a divide between Kenyans, highly based on, Infrastructure. The true belief amongst

Kenyan Ruling Elites, that the only people, who truly matter in Kenya, are those, who speak English well. What this, has resulted in, as with Infrastructure, is the dividing of Kenya, into three regions in all, that are said, to matter: Nairobi City, the Coastal Region, and the Western regions too. Thats where, all properly functioning, Kenyan Infrastructure is found, with access too, based highly, on ones level or command even, of the English Language. What dividing Kenya truly, by Infrastructure gave us, are truly really, the Kenyan Ministries. It is they, who are mainly in charge, of Infrastructure in Kenya, and delivering truly, not only, to Kenyan Nationals <as with those, well versed in English>, but actually even, to outsiders/foreigners, who are not, Kenyan Citizens, in any way or manner <as with they, coming in from South Africa/Zimbabwe>. Dividing Kenya by Infrastructure and Language/Vernacular, also resulted in all, as with the Kenyan Ministries Dear Reader, in the creation, of Government/Private Economies, and also, Government/National Corporations. All this though Dear Reader, speaks of Large Scale Industry, and the employment too really, of Kenyans, who are deemed in all, good English speakers <meaning that, the vast majority of Kenyans, Kiswahili and Vernacular speakers, are unemployed, not only due, to not speaking English well, but also due really, to being perceived as non-Intelligent, due to the false belief, that only a Western English Education matters>. Thats Kenya today Dear Reader, as with regards, to survival issues <and a Political Disaster, that in my opinion as a Self-Educated Philosopher, sees Kenya in all, collapsing, in another ten years>. When we speak Dear Reader, of dividing Kenya, by Tribe and Ancestry, we are really speaking of, a way of dividing Kenyan People, once seen prominently, in the early years, of the Nyayo/Moi Era. It has in all, seen Kenya formed, as a Political entity, as highly based on, the Province model. The false belief Dear Reader, that Kenyans in general, can trace their Histories, back to a certain Province in Kenya, as with regards really, to origins. A way of Dividing Kenyan People, that sees in all, false beliefs such as, the Kikuyus belong in Central Province, or the Luos in Western, and further false Ancestry based beliefs, that the Kikuyus have always been Traders/Businesspeople, and the Luos Fishermen. A way too of dividing Kenya, that sees people once living freely and largely, in Kenya <as with the case, of Kenyan/East African Indians, and even too, Swahili peoples, and Kenyan Whites>, eliminated, from Kenyan History, as with the claiming truly, they belong not, to any Province, seen in Kenya. Yet Dear Reader, it is these three groups Kenyan Whites, Swahili peoples, and Kenyan/East African Indians, that truly created Kenya in all. What this has resulted in Dear Reader, dividing Kenyans by Tribe and Ancestry, and by Province too, are Psychological barriers really, as pertaining to Self-Identity, that has not only seen, poverty levels escalate in Kenya, but also gave us too, the Kenyan Parastatal, as a Provincial body, attempting in all, to deal with really, Self-Identity crisis (psychological), issues/problems, created. That those Dear Reader, living in the Provinces,

and especially too, basing their Identities, on Ancestral successes <nonexistent for most>, have in all, as with lacking employment, come to heavily depend, on Kenyan Parastatals, to learn how to, become self-sufficient, in one way or another, and giving birth too also, the Jua Kali and Mass Communications Industry sectors, as areas too, of lowly employment, and simple existences, for the majority <due in all as said before, to poor SelfConceptualizations>. Furthermore, this has seen Kenya, become a highly indebted Country Internationally, and having too also, a large presence, of International Aid Organizations, NGOs, and even too, the Co-operative Movement <and all too, that has seen Kenyans, as with being Intellectual and Identity too also, become minions in all, as with speaking poorly/slang, and glorifying even, Poverty, as a way, to perhaps in all, remain psychologically mentally stable>. A Kenya truly Dear Reader <as with Intelligence>, that has no future prospects, of any kind at all. In many ways too Dear Reader <that being, the Swahili Nations, and even too, Islamic groups in Kenya>, the difficulty in spreading Islam in Kenya, has in all, to do, with the above issues mentioned. That as with regards, to Language & Vernacular, Islam, is highly strongly associated, with the Arabic Language. With regards though, to Tribe and Ancestry <and in general, SelfIdentity, and Self-Conceptualization>, Islam is in all, strongly associated in Kenya, with Brown Skinned peoples, and Swahili peoples too in all. Unless, one sees things, from this perspective, attempting the spread, of Islam <as with Education perhaps really>, will in all, remain futile <and the case, of a convert to Islam, feeling isolated, from their fellow non-Islamic Kenyan brethren>. Kenyan Geopolitics: Where truly though Dear Reader, does Kenya truly belong in? Is it, an African Country, or a Country too, on its way, to becoming Western? Or even perhaps truly, a Country, that has always been historically connected, to the Middle East <and via the Swahili, and the Sultanate of Oman too>. Obviously for those, in the know, of the true History of Kenya <as with Kenyan Whites, Swahili peoples, and Kenyan/East African Indians creating it>, Kenya has always been, a part, of the Middle East really. What too perhaps, as with interest Dear Reader, separates, Kenyan Indians, from East African Indians, is that, most truly have origins, in both Oman, and the UAE (United Arab Emirates). Having said this, and upon the hopeful realization by the Dear Reader, that within Africa, Kenya is truly most intimately connected, to Somalia and Ethiopia <and not Egypt, South Africa, or even Nigeria>, it can be said, that with regards, to basic subsistence, that the creation of Kenya, was in all, based on models, of basic subsistence, seen truly, in the Middle East, and not, the Western World. That even too also, Kenyan Whites who first settled

in Kenya, were shaped, by all forms of peoples <Maasai, Samburu, Swahili etc.>, in learning, how to survive in Kenya, and based on survival models too, similar to those, seen in the Middle East. To clarify all this, as with learning, how the Middle East truly, came to be prosperous, is to learn, that early Kenya <as with the likes, of Earnest Hemingway, or even, Lord Delamere>, was created in all <as with basic subsistence>, not by Western Demand/Supply Economics, but actually in all truly, by Oracular (Oracles based) Knowledge. That truly, Western Demand/Supply Economics, have hugely failed, in ending/eradicating poverty in Kenya, whereas past Kenya <as with the Norfolk Hotel, as a meeting place, for the exchange, of Oracular based Knowledge>, was based on developing truly, psychological Identities <highly Oracle based>, as with learning truly, that survival in Kenya, is Urges/Drives based, and not Fears based. It is this method of survival, that has seen too, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (mainly desert), become more prosperous, that the vast majority, of Countries in the whole wide World. It then truly in all Dear Reader, must be accepted, as with philosophical musings, that creating survival based beliefs, in Kenya <and as with Ethiopia and Somalia too>, lies in all, not only, with Oracular Knowledge Systems, but also too, in well defining perhaps, what Caste and Background truly mean. It is these issues, that Kenyan Statehood in all, has attempted to deal, with, as with mainly perhaps, pertaining to Kenyan Geopolitics, and whether, Kenya is an African, Westernized, or even really, an Islamic Country. In all, Kenyan Statehood, has attempted truly, to deal, with survival based issues, by attempting to wonder in all, whether Kenya, is truly African <as with mud village hut settings really>, truly Westernized <as with city/urban developments>, or even perhaps truly Religious <as with identifying really with, various Religious Political Sects, such as Mungiki>. All these wonderings, have seen truly, Kenya become embroiled, in various survival issues, pertaining to Water, Security, and Public Utilities usage even, that have led, to all forms, of Political based Violence. It finally then Dear Reader, can be said, that it is here truly, that Islam probably, has a role to play, as with helping Kenyans, develop/access, Oracular Knowledge Systems, in at the very least, helping them develop, psychological Identities, to help them, live by in Kenya <and even Ethiopia, and Somalia too>. That in all, as mentioned before Dear Reader, Western Demand/Supply Economics, has seen Kenya become, Politically torn apart, as with regards mainly, not really, to basic subsistence, but truly really, to Employment and Infrastructure <and the general lack, of opportunity in all>.

It is know, that there exist, a rather interesting way/model, of subsisting really, and based too, on Oracular Knowledge Systems. This in all, refers to really, what they do term, Self-Industry <in contrast to Government/Privatized Economies, or even, Jua Kali Economies>. With Government/Privatized Economies, being highly rather, Lingual based, and Jua Kali Economies, highly, Ancestry based <as with accumulated Family based Knowledge>. Self-Industry though, is highly Background based, as with even truly, being Self-Taught, as with being Knowledgeable, in Small-scale Manufacturing. That it is possible, as based on the Intelligence gathered, from the Wisdom even really, of Oracular Knowledge Systems, that SelfIndustry, can be the basis, of the creation, of what one could term, Network Economies <and functioning very much, in the form, of a Grid>. What this truly means, as with Network Economies, is in all, the engaging in, Smallscale Manufacturing really, that creates/provides, Goods and services, not only for survival issues, but that in all really, talk of Manufacturing here, speaks truly of Deployment <and not, Quality/Quantity>. Hopefully, this is well understand, from an Intellectual perspective, that the talk of SelfIndustry, and Small-scale Manufacturing, actually truly refers, to product creation, driven by Deployment/Usage issues <as with a, Self-Assembly Kit>, and not, Quality/Quantity. Hopefully, it can be seen, that what they do call, Local Manufacturing, is in all, about, creating products truly, that can be easily Deployed, and also, easily Used <as with a simple instruction set at hand>. As such, this speaks too, of ensuring, that when one creates products, based on Self-Industry, Quality & Quantity are not, to be taken into mind really, but instead, Usage (easy) & Deployment respectively <meaning truly, as with Deployment, its easy, to satisfy, demands>. Hopefully Dear Reader, this is all seen, as it truly, is the only way, to survive in Kenya, as with even, Small-scale Manufacturing <and Self-Industry even>, having a basis, in Oracular Knowledge Systems. This Knowledge too it is believed Dear Reader, is in large store and accumulation, in the Sultanate of Oman, and starting Self-Industry in Kenya <as with an Islam based Education, and being Self-Taught>, is far much more easier, than believed. Talk though Dear Reader, of Network Grid Economies <as with Network Economies operating as a Grid>, is talk really, of envisioning products <as with self-subsistence in Kenya too>, based highly on Exchanges, Messaging, and Deal-making. Thats what truly, is a Grid Economy <one driven by Exchanges, Messaging, and Deal-making>. That truly, surviving in Kenya, is driven in all, by making Exchanges, Messaging of all forms, and Deal-making too, but all, done wrongly today, in the name, of aid, help or assistance even <instead, of Goods and services>. That hopefully Dear Reader, to the Intellectual mind <and a Swahili one too>, one can see perhaps, how Kenyans can in general, survive, based on creating, such Network Grid Economies, by formulating products <Goods and services>, that enable one in all, to trade with others <in the name, of Exchanges, Messaging and Dealmaking>, as with these products, being of the easy to Use/Deploy,

persuasion <and as with Kenyans in all, being driven by, their Urges/Drives and not Fears>. A small good example perhaps, of Messaging <as with regards, to Grid Economies>, and product <services> formulation <and as with regards to Deployment/Usage>, is in all truly perhaps, the Import/Export Business <as today based, in Dubai>, but also perhaps, the very act, of shopping, on Ebay <as with the creation, of an Ebay Kenya>. With the Import/Export Business, and Ebay Kenya too perhaps, in all truly driven, by Urges/Drives, and not Fears <as Fears, are truly best dealt with, Institutionally>. It is believed though, as with all this being rather Intellectual, that members of the Swahili Nations, can in all truly, make all this a reality, in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia even <as with their understanding, that all this, is actually truly only, based on Oracular Knowledge Systems>, and therefore, needs no form really, of high Education. To see all this though, as with Practicality even, from a more or less, real manner truly, is to associate <as with the top of this document>, Structural Knowledge in Kenya/Ethiopia/Somalia, with the Swahili Nations, Architectural Knowledge, with Islamic groups, and Political/Procedural Knowledge, with Islam based Educational initiatives <and as with the Sultanate of Oman too>.
