Battery Installation 1 Uses two AAA alkaline batteries. 2Press the Batteries replace button to open the battery cover. (Please see the reference picture below). 3Insert the batteries correctly according to the polarity marks on the battery grooves. 4Push the battery cover forward; when you hear a click, the battery cover is locked successfully Receiver Installation 1For a notebook computer, insert the receiver in one of the USB ports. 2For a desktop PC, insert the receiver into a front USB port. If the port is too far from your workspace, use a hub or a USB cable to connect your receiver.

ID Setup 1Move the mouse close to the receiver. 2Press the ID button on the receiver; the receiver light will begin to flash. 3Press the ID button at the bottom of the mouse within 10 seconds, a few seconds later it will stay on which shows the digital Transmission was successful between the mouse and the receiver. You may now start to use your mouse. Warnings 1If you have more than 5 feet between the mouse & receiver, the mouse will not work. 2Please remove the batteries if the mouse will not be used for an extended

Press any button or scroll the wheel to wake the mouse up when in sleep mode. 4The optical mouse will not work well on glass, any reflective surface or a 3D mouse pad. 5There is no need to check the digital connection if the power is off for less than 10 seconds when changing batteries. If the power was off for more than 10 seconds, please reset the ID codes (according to the ID setup directions).
