Responsibilities:

Responsible to analyze the supply chain process with various dimensions for finding the saving opportunity on purchase commodity. Responsible for successful time cycle reduction for supply chain process that are covered planning, manufacturing and logistics according to the business location. Preparing report for Supply chain data audit, demo set up tool configuration and saving the opportunities in actionable spend analytics suite like supplier rationalization, demand aggregation, contract compliance, ABC analysis etc. Responsible to analyze contract compliance, payment terms and parent child supplier companies according to business commodity and manufacturing plants. As a domain expert, quality check for inconsistency in purchase process against maintenance, repair and overhaul models. Responsible for analyzing demand supply gap between supplier and client. Work on planning department information and analyze production plan for FMCG & Automotive suppliers for raw materials & finished goods. Responsible for sourcing the new vendor and business contract compliance for particular component and supply. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures by using six sigma and CAPA to maximize customer satisfaction level. As a ideal purchasing executive procure the major important lead items in time as per plan to achieve fluctuated marketing target. Work efficiently on database tools, Zycus analytical / AI applications, MS-Excel and office suit software. Analyze purchases of traded products and different categories of components like industrial machine component fabricated components, forgings, castings, rubber items, Hardware items & accessories. Handling the conference call with Midland based clients and incorporates the feedback. Analyze the LOB of customer according to the purchase order commodity information and VAT (Tax) spend.

Responsible for analyzing the purchase price variance, Vendor rationalization and payment term for Purchase items of each business unit. Classify each commodity items according to the product specification, customer information and supplier line of business. Hand on experience on using Excel script/macros, pivot, and Vlookup and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IE, etc) experience. Work with the presale consultant for gathering the required information and rectifying the changes before delivering the project. Responsible for toll gate report, spend data audit and quality control process and CAPA etc. Responsible to deliver the end to end solution for POC project.

Updating the old Design and making new design with the help of CAD (AUTO/CAD) .
