HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that the four caps would be 6 x 6 classic caps, as presented at the meeting; and that the entire stair railing, including caps, posts, and rails, would be painted white. COA 2011-032-H Resident Joseph White & Additional Applicant: Residents Robert and Ester Novotney, 143 N. State Street, residence and 145 N. State Street, twin residence The applicants are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of rubber porch roofing with tin roofing. HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, to include both 143 and 145 N. State Street, with the stipulation that the residents of 145 N. State Street will submit to the Zoning Office an affirmation of their desire to have the same roofing material installed on their roof as on 143 N. State Street; this affirmation to be submitted prior to the November Borough Council Meeting on November 9, 2011.
