Barr Was Attacked by DCCC for Supporting Millionaires over Medicare.

In August 2011, the DCCC began an ad campaign against Andy Barr at a gas station in Central Kentucky.
The ad claims that Barr supports millionaires over Medicare and that he supports House Republicans
approach to cutting federal spending. But Barr also said that he would oppose Congress raising taxes,
including tax increases on the wealthiest Americans. [ And] that he supports the Medicare program
