AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN RITZ-CARLTON, CHARLOTTE & RITZ CARLTON, CHARLOTTE EMPLOYEES (Individually and/or Collectively)

THIS AGREEMENT IS BY AND BETWEEN THE RITZ-CARLTON, CHARLOTTE AND ITS EMPLOYEES, INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY, IN RESPONSE TO ANY INFORMATION (OR MISINFORMATION) THAT EMPLOYEES MAY HAVE RECEIVED (FROM INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL SOURCES):
1) We, the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte management, guarantee that no employee shall laid-off, furloughed, lose any time, hours of work, and/or be displaced in any way due to and during the Democratic National Committee's 2012 Convention in Charlotte:

2) We, the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte management, guarantee that no Ritz-Carlton employee will be displaced by a
union worker to perform your job from anywhere (either inside or outside of North Carolina) before, during or after the DNC's 2012 Convention.

3) We, the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte management, guarantee that no Ritz-Carlton employee will asked or required to become (even temporarily) a union member (in any form) in order to work during the DNC's 2012 election, to sign a union authorization card, or become unionized through the card-check method of unionization.

4) We, the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte management, guarantee that work at the Ritz Carlton during the DNC's 2012 election
will be not be conditioned in any way whatsoever on membership or non-membership in a labor union, or any type of union-affiliate, and that no employee who may refuse membership in a labor union will be discriminated against for not belonging to a labor union.
