. 20 minutes to discuss the question. 4 to 5 minutes for each group to report out to the plenary session. 1. In the absence of a water prices reflecting scarcity, what drives innovation? 2. What are possible innovations that help to account for the cumulative environmental impact of individual business decisions? 3. What new business opportunities are available in terms of innovation in valuing water appropriately and correctly? 4. What specific actions should businesses, NGOs, academia, and government take to encourage and promote innovation? 5. For all tables: Recommend two research topics that IGEL should consider sponsoring or coordinating. If funding is required, identify the most likely sources for it.
