1303 YMCA Drive, Festus, MO 63028 Tues and Thurs. at 6:30pm -7:15pm (show up 15 min. early to get set up) Try out FREE Classes on Tuesday, Nov. 8 and Thursday Nov.10 Cost is $5.00 *YMCA members are no cost! Class size is limited!! Call today! - - Beginners are welcome! Spinning is a moderate to high intense cycling class led by a certified instructor. Zumba at Hospital
Monday and Wednesday at 5:00pm Jefferson Regional Medical Center Conference Room Area Starting on Monday, Nov. 28 Cost: $30/1 class per week $50.00/2 classes per week
