Disc/MP3 and produced by DJUAN Productions is leased to “Your
name/Company”. The upfront cost of the track totals $50.00. Masters are the
property of DJUAN Productions and CEO, Donte C Wheeler Copyright 2007
ASCAP.

The recorded track is leased to “Your name/Company” for use as part of a live
or recorded musical performance by whom he/she deems fit.

This lease expressly forbids the remixing or sampling of the track, as it exists on
the distributed Compact Disc. Reformatting for use in a digital sampler or
sample playback unit, resynthesizing or otherwise editing the track for use as
sounds, samples, programs, patches or wave guides in any medium or format is
expressly forbidden, excepting musical performance or recording.

Any usage not specifically allowed by this lease, including but not limited to any
usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be prosecuted to the full
extent of the law. By receiving this printed contract, you agree to the above
terms and gain leasing rights to the track, “Whatever You Lease”.

The client should understand that all
Ownership and rights of the copyrighted work/s belong to Producer, thus allowing
Producer to exclusively broker any and all deals associated with the copyrighted work/s.
