END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR KINGSOFT (Kingsoft Office 2007) Please read and understand all rights and

limits stated in this END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) carefully. Before installing Kingsoft Office 2007 that accompa nies this EULA, you need to read all terms of this EULA and decide whether to ag ree with the terms or not. Unless you agree all terms of this EULA, this softwar e shall not be installed in your computer. As for a reference, you may print out the text of this EULA from this page now. You may also read the copy of this EULA in the HELP part of Kingsoft Office 2007 . This EULA is a legal agreement reached between you and Kingsoft Corporation (Kin gsoft). This EULA governs Kingsoft Office 2007, which includes computer software and any associated documents and printed materials. By installing this software , you agree to the terms of this EULA. If there is any disagreement, please do n ot install or use Kingsoft Office 2007. Kingsoft Office 2007 is protected by copyright and other intellectual property l aws and treaties. The software is licensed, not sold. 1. Kingsoft grants you a nonexclusive license to Kingsoft Office 2007 in the mai n land of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). You are entitled to: 1) Install, use, display and run a copy of Kingsoft Office 2007 on one computer, workstation, terminal, pocket computer or other digital electro-apparatus. 2) Backup the copy in order to prevent damage. This backup is prohibited to be p rovided to any third party in any case. And you shall destroy the backup when yo ur property of the copy is forfeit. 3) Adjust Kingsoft Office 2007 when it is necessary to make Kingsoft Office 2007 work in certain practical computer application environment. At the same time, p roviding adjusted software to any third party without Kingsoft's prior written a pproval is prohibited, unless separate terms are provided. 2. The End User License Holder shall obey as following: 1) Do not use, copy, transfer, rework and lend the software, as a whole or part, outside this EULA. 2) Only install and run Kingsoft Office 2007 on one personal computer. 3) Use Kingsoft Office 2007 in a multi-user circumstance or network system only under following conditions: a. With the warrants in writing from Kingsoft b. Each client has purchased end user license 4) Do not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble Kingsoft Office 2007 in a ny shape or form. 5) Do not lease or lend Kingsoft Office 2007 to any other person without a new l icense. 6) Make sure all copies of Kingsoft Office 2007 shall comprise all copyright mar ks. 3. License Holder may make a one-time permanent transfer of this EULA and Kingso ft Office 2007 to the third party, as long as: 1) The license of transferor shall be terminated. 2) License Holder retains no copies of Kingsoft Office 2007. 3) All of copies and backups of Kingsoft Office 2007 shall be transferred to the third party or deleted completely. 4) The end user receiving the Kingsoft Office 2007 shall agree to all terms of t his EULA. 5) Any transfer shall comprise all editions of Kingsoft Office 2007, if the prod uct is an updating edition. 4. Product Support Services

1) Kingsoft may provide you with product support services related to Kingsoft Of fice 2007. 2) Use of any such support services is governed by the Kingsoft policies and pro grams described in the user manual, or in other Kingsoft-provided materials. 3) Any add-on codes provided by Kingsoft as a part of support services shall be deemed as a part of this software and should be governed by this EULA, unless se parate terms are provided. 4) Kingsoft can use the technical information you provided for business, includi ng but not limited to product supporting and researching. At this time, Kingsoft will not mention you in an individual way, unless it is necessary to provide yo u with product support services. 5. Replacing, Reworking and Updating 1) The rights of replacing, reworking and updating Kingsoft Office 2007,as well as charging of fees at any time are reserved by Kingsoft. 2) Any replacing, reworking or updating edition of Kingsoft Office 2007 which is provided to you will be regarded / deemed as a part of the software, and shall be abided by this EULA , unless this EULA is replaced by another agreement attac hed to replacing, reworking or updating editions of Kingsoft Office 2007. 3) If Kingsoft provides a replacing, reworking or updating edition of Kingsoft O ffice 2007: a) you shall not continue to use Kingsoft Office 2007 unless the new version of EULA attached to the replacing, reworking or updating editions of Kingsoft Offic e 2007 is agreed. And b) the license to the former edition shall be terminated. 6. Any other rights undefined clearly in this agreement shall be reserved by Kin gsoft. 7. Copyright 1) The titles of Kingsoft Office 2007 and all copies are consistent with the tit les of the corporation marked in the CD or Kingsoft Office 2007. 2) Kingsoft has the copyright of Kingsoft Office 2007 (including but not limited to any image, picture, flash, record, music, word and add-program), printing ma terial attached and any copies of Kingsoft Office 2007. 3) Copyright and all otherwise rights of Kingsoft Office 2007 and its documents are protected under local and international Laws related to Copy Right /Trademar k /Patent etc. 4) The User License Holder agrees not to remove or destroy any copyright mark. 5) The User License Holder agrees not to copy printing material attached. 8. Export Restrictions You agree not to export or transit Kingsoft Office 2007, any part of it and any program or service which is direct production of Kingsoft Office 2007 to any cou ntry and territory except the mainland of China. 9. Assurance: In the event the product, Kingsoft Office 2007 is faulty or does not include fea tures Kingsoft has testified to, you may ask for an exchange of a new set. You s hall provide a notification within 90 days of the purchase date. If this problem was caused by misuse or wrongful application, Kingsoft will not be responsible. The exchanged disk has a 30 day assurance or the remaining days of the initial assurance duration after the exchange. There is no other after-sale assurance be sides the assurances above. 10. Limited Responsibility Kingsoft and its Distributors hold no liability or responsibility for profit los t or data lost caused by the use or inability to use Kingsoft Office 2007, even if Kingsoft has been advised of the possibility of damage or fault in the produc t.

11. Agreement Termination Kingsoft reserves all rights to terminate User Licenses at any time, if any term s or conditions in this agreement are violated. 12. This EULA is ruled by P.R.C Laws. 13. Important Notice: In order to improve the quality of Kingsoft Office 2007 and relevant services, t he basic information about your usage of this software will be collected. Accord ingly, Kingsoft will provide you with feedbacks aperiodically. The information collected does not contain any personal information, such as the name, address, and files related to information security. Such information shall only be used for marketing analysis, so that better funct ions and services of Kingsoft Office 2007 can be provided. Kingsoft sh all keep confidential of any and all information collected from you. Admission You have now read this agreement and have agreed to obey all of terms and condit ions in it.
