How
is

responsible

?
Two
months
ago,
The
New
York
Post
reported
that
the
Manhattan
District
Attorney
was
investigating
whether
hospital
executives
intentionally
let
St.
Vincents
fail,
so
that
Rudin
Management
Company
could
buy
the
hospitals
real
estate
on
the
cheap.
In
spite
of
the
cloud
of
the
fraud
investigation,
Rudins
ULURP
application
is
still
in
the
review
process.
