SmartFix Uninstallation Guide

For Windows XP, 2000 & Vista Users 1. How to verify if you have SmartFix installed? a. From System Tray located at the bottom right of your windows desktop:

i. If you see < or << at the System Tray, click on it to unhide the inactive icons in the System Tray.

ii. If you see the SingNet logo, it means SmartFix is already installed in your system. iii. Please proceed with the rest of this QIG to uninstall SmartFix from your system. iv. If you do not see SingNet logo, it means SmartFix is not installed in your system at all. v. You can stop proceeding with this QIG. Thank you for verifying.

1. Uninstalling SmartFix Windows XP / Windows 2000 a. Uninstall from Program List

i. Click on Start > All Programs > SingTel> SmartFix> ii. Click on Uninstall SmartFix

iii. Click on Uninstall button

iv. The uninstallation process would start

v. Once completed, Click on Finish button Congratulations, you have successfully uninstalled SmartFix from your system.

1. Uninstalling SmartFix Windows XP / Windows 2000 b. Uninstall from Control Panel > Add/Remove Program

vi. Click on Start > Control Panel

vii. In Control Panel, Click on Add/Remove Program

viii. Select SmartFix and click on Change/Remove button

ix. Click on Uninstall button

x. The uninstallation process would start

xi. Once completed, Click on Finish button Congratulations, you have successfully uninstalled SmartFix from your system.

2. Uninstalling SmartFix Windows Vista a. Uninstall from Program List

i. Click on Start > All Programs > SingTel> SmartFix> ii. Click on Uninstall SmartFix

iii. Click on Uninstall button

iii. Under Programs > Click on Uninstall a program
