Dear Mr. Umang Ahuja, This has reference to your application date July 10, 2010 and the interview which you had with us on July10, 2010 for appointment as Medical Representative in our establishment at Panipat HQ. In this connection, we feel pleasure in offering you the said post Medical Representative with effect from July 15, 2010 on the following Terms and Conditions:1. 2. Salary Per Month 12000/- (Twelve Thousand only). That you will be on probation initially for a period of Six months from the date of joining. The said period of probation may be further extended after considering your performance for the period as may be decided by the management. You will continue to be on probation till your services are confirmed in writing by the management, which discretion cannot be questioned by you in any manner what so ever. That during period of probation or extend period of probation, the management shall have the right to terminate your services without any notice or assigning any reasons therefore. That after the period of probation or extended period of probation, your services shall be liable to be terminated on one months notice or one months salary in lieu thereof shall be necessary. That in case of leaving of the company by you (employee), you liable to give one month prior notice to company. Continued absence from duty for 10days without express permission in writing of the management or overstay of sanctioned leave for 10 days shall tantamount to voluntary abandonment of service and your name will be struck off from the rolls of the company without any notice to you. That your appointment and continuance in employment of the management is further subject to your being found medically fit and the management shall have right to get you re-examined from any registered medical Practitioner/Surgeon/Physician as appointed by the management whose decision shall be final and binding.
