: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 (SAP-HCM) : SAP ECC 6.0 - HR Core Team Member of HCM Module (End User)

The SAP HR Modules that were involved in this Project are OM, PA, Time Management , Payroll , ESS, E-Recruitment, PMS and E-learning & Travel Management (including Training & Event management) Modules. The Projects scope includes customization, configuration, testing, Implementation (go-live & cut over) and maintenance activities. Worked on the Payroll Module & ESS Core Team Member in this SAP HCM module Implementation in DIAL. Responsibilities included as-is-study, preparation and finalization of business process blueprint, development of process flow diagrams, gap analysis, detailed design & support in the configuration scripts preparation, involve in the configuration, preparation of test scripts and testing, feedback, correction Identified and finalized various monthly and yearly reports along with the print formats, for development purposes. And also identified various useful SAP reports of Payroll. Once developments are completed, tested the reports and signed off to move them to production client. Trained (in-house Training) in OM, PA, Time, Payroll, E-recruitment, ESS, PMS and E-learning modules by SAP India. Apart from the Payroll module I was involved in the end to end implementation of OM, PA and Time modules in DIAL. The OM, PA, E-Recruitment, E-Learning and ESS were gone live in Feb 2008 and the Payroll & Time Mgmt modules went live on 1st April 2008.

Organization Management and Personnel Administration (involved along with other OM & PA team members) Created the Organizational structure, Reporting Structure and mapped the organizational plan of the company Assigned cost center (IT 1001) or WBS elements (in IT 1018) to the positions. Created actions for creating positions, org. units and jobs. . Created Jobs and assigned to positions.

Configured round, counting and deduction rules for absences and attendances (only for training) rules.

Payroll Management - As a Payroll developed the blueprint of salary processing for DIAL Regular employees as well as for Absorbed Employees. MIS reports on salaries / employees wise / Grade / Location / Sector wise etc. Salary survey / PMS / MIS / Employees issues. Implement a robust payroll process Ensure all inputs for salary are incorporated after validation and checks Generate error free payroll Ensure salary credits are done on the last working day of the month Checking of Variance in payroll and ensure correction of the same Facilitate payroll audit with KPMG,PWC & AAGJ & Co. Resolve all employee queries related to payroll Ensure all salary related Provisions are sent to Finance Ensure all claims are processed/paid within TAT Ensure all employee queries related to BRE are responded/resolved within TAT Ensure compliance in Income Tax, Professional Tax and PF related matters
