Working as Manager Quality Assurance/ Management Representative in the automobile manufacturing organization producing 70cc and 78cc motorcycles under the brand of Ravi Hamsafar and Premium R1. Also manufacturing a joint venture product Ravi Piaggio-Storm 125 in collaboration with Piaggio (Italy). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Initiated the Quality Assurance Department in the company in order to standardize the products and processes of the company as per international standards. Lead a team of engineers for development of product standards such as drawings, inspection standards, work instructions and process flowcharts. Initiated and coordinated a skill-improvement training of production floor workers under the project name of Pakistan Jobs Projects in liaison with US-Aid and Xavor Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. Worked as Senior Manager (Production Facility) in one of the leading turn-key-projects based companies in Pakistan. The project work was CDWA (Clean Drinking Water for All) by the Govt. of Pakistan in association with US-AID. It comprised design, manufacturing, testing and on-site installation of UltraFiltration Water Treatment Plants throughout Southern Punjab.

RESEARCH PROJECT
Evaluation of Mild Steel Surfaces & Epoxy Coated Fuel-Tank Bottoms through Impedance Spectroscopy. It was a part of a detailed research analysis on reasons for delamination of epoxy coatings in fighter aircraft fuel tanks of Pakistan Air Force, which eventually causes the contamination of fuel and may lead to engine failure at its severest. It was the first research of its kind in Pakistan in collaboration with PAF serving officers and scientists.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Successfully configured and implemented ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in two organizations in 3.5 years of professional experience. Made the Capacity Development Curriculum for Engineering Sector Shop Floor Workers (Casting/Die Casting Operations) under the USAID Pakistan Jobs Project. Made the Capacity Development Curriculum for Engineering Sector Shop Floor Workers (Manufacturing Operations) under the USAID Pakistan Jobs Project.
