Financial Center Manager/ Vice President/ 2003-2009 o Directed all day to day operations of the largest Citibank branch in the Dallas Fort Worth Market. This included responsibility for the branch P&L, hiring and firing, developing and coaching, and inbound and outbound sales. B2B sales were a emphasis and a consistent point of strength. Achieved 23 % margin growth over the course of one year through increased sales activities and cost management and was named a Citistar, a national program set aside to recognize the top 2% of managers nationwide. Ranked in the top 5 branches, in 4 of the first 5 company sales contests for the state of Texas. This included winning a campaign designed to measure operational soundness. Designed, organized and implemented several micro marketing programs used to boost sales performance both with the internal and external customer base. One event attracted over 500 attendees. Recognized as a diverse and flexible leader and accepted a transfer to Texas in 2005 to help with the conversion and implementation of numerous operations and sales changes after the acquisition of First American Bank.
Licensed Personal Banker/ 2002-2003 o Recommended and sold licensed bank products in a very busy Las Vegas Citibank location. Duties included customer service, sales calls, investment and insurance sales and collaboration with other internal partners across multiple departments. Promoted to branch manager in 14 months after establishing position as a leader among all the bankers in the 13 branch locations. Achieved all investment licenses required for the role on the first attempt and within 3 months of beginning employment.

o Presided over the operations and controls of a 50 million dollar big box o
retail location, including loss, process improvements and spot audits of financial transactions. Managed over 50 employees and accepted a company transfer to the Las Vegas market to focus on the opportunities for growth in Nevada.
o Managed 3 departments and a commissioned sales staff of 47 employees. o Selected to design, write and train three districts on new interactive kiosk
which assisted in the development of 200 employees.
