Warehouse manager
Ensured that goods go in and out in right amounts and to right trucks. We enhanced the companys distributing services by arranging required goods, and by checking the quality of those goods (especially expiry dates) for each order before dispatch. The more fundamental task was to maintain a logical goods arrangement in the warehouse.
Reduced time for delivery preparation by arranging goods in category, so staffs was easier to find them Reduced truck drivers waiting time by requiring to receive orders beforehand to make necessary preparation Realized that warehouses garbage such as nylons, paper and cartons were abundant, and in fact, the main source of conflicts as people wanted to sell it to earn some extra money. I suggested that the benefits should be shared equally and transparently. As a result, a warehouse fund was created, helping staff in need or providing them extra money for holidays.
