socioeconomic advancement. As General Secretary (GS), responsible for strategic planning,
operating leadership, decision making, developing programs, coordinating different
stakeholders, managing emergency initiatives based on disaster , capital budgeting, reporting
etc.

Responsible for developing and implementing all programs, training, coordinating with local
stakeholders, monitoring & evaluation, reporting etc.

3. Team Leader October 1996 to May 1997

VDO, Jamalpur

Led a survey team of five survey members under the project FAP 3.1 Jamalpur Priority Project.
Handled data collection, data analysis, and reporting. Organized many FGD, meetings,
workshops and seminars.
