WELCOME!
We extend a warm welcome to all who have come to worship and fellowship with us this morning. If you are a first time visitor with us, please take time to fill out a Welcome Card located in the pew rack and place it in the offering plate. Parents of small children (under age 3) may take them to our Nursery, where a caring staff will supervise them. We also have a Pre-School Program (ages 3-5) that runs during our Worship Service in the Church Time PreSchool Room. One of our ushers would be happy to help you locate either one of these facilities. Elementary School children are invited to take part in our KidZone program which starts after the first part of our Worship Service downstairs in the Vestry.

Special Baptism Service We will be holding a special baptism service for Don Mosher next Sunday, November 27th. Because of Dons condition, we do not plan to fill up the baptismal tank. However, if you are feeling the Lords call upon your life to enter the waters of baptism, please speak to one of our pastors and we would be happy to make the appropriate arrangements. Just Desserts The next meeting of the Just Desserts group will take place at the home of Ron & Norma McLean (9 Lisa Court, Hammonds Plains) on Wednesday, November 30th starting at 12:30 pm. Deacons will be available to contact, if you have any questions, between now and the meeting. Also, if you need transportation to the meeting, call the Church Office.

Gifts For KidVenture KidVenture will soon be seeking to share the lesson with the children that Christmas is the season for giving. There will be an upcoming evening where the kids can shop for gifts for other members of their family. Once they pick out their gifts the children will wrap and label them and take them home to put under the tree. This is where you come in! We need small gifts for men, women, and children so that our KidVenture youth will have items to shop for. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the Church Office. Free Sewing Machine Free to a good home - The sewing machine and stand located in the Heffler Room is no longer of use to our church. Anyone who wishes to have it, please call the office to make arrangements to pick it up. Or for details, you may call Nancy Duffy 860-3591. Christmas Beacon House Project Beacon House is currently engaged in its annual project of supplying Christmas boxes for those in need. Our church is invited to supply a 796 ml can of fruit for each of 450 boxes. So between now and Dec 1st, please consider an additional gift of canned fruit to our Beacon House Box. Regional Minister Retirement Party You are invited to a Retirement Celebration for our Regional Minister, Rev. Dr. Frank J. Guinta, Jr. This will take place at First Baptist Church, Dartmouth on Saturday, December 3rd from 7:00 9:00 p.m. A love offering will be given to Dr. Frank. All are welcome.
