e-recruitment is the process of personnel recruitment using electronic resources, in particular
the internet. Companies and recruitment agents have moved much of their recruitment process online so
as to improve the speed by which job candidates can be matched with live vacancies. Using database
technologies, and online job advertising boards and search engines, employers can now fill posts in a
fraction of the time previously possible. Using an online e-Recruitment system will save the employeer
time as usually they can rate the eCandidate and several persons in HR can independently review
eCandidates.

represent a closed system for cost accounting purposes.
n the standard R/3 System, the controlling area constitutes the framework for planning, allocation and

&8e
f your enterprise has or plans to have uniform controlling structures, it makes sense to set up uniform
structures for cost accounting.
Before you do this, decide whether to have one or more logical controlling areas. This decision depends
on your company's corporate policy, that is on whether your company has centralized or decentralized
management structures.
Cost centers are used to track where cost occur in the organization.
As costs are incurred, they are assigned or posted to the appropriate cost center.
The posting and assignment of costs to cost centers is a critical step in using the CO module.

Cost centers are organized in a Standard Hierarchy.
The Cost Center Standard Hierarchy is used to structure the cost centers in an organization.
All cost centers must be entered in the Standard Hierarchy.

To display the standard hierarchy follow the menu path:
Accounting ->Controlling ->Cost Center Accounting ->Master data ->Standard Hierarchy ->Display

operation such as selecting data, inserting/updating data, or creating data objects such as SQL
databases and SQL tables. Each query statement begins with a cIau8e such as SELECT,UPDATE,
CREATE or DELETE.
