SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Selection shall strictly be as per Merit-list drawn on the basis of Written MCQ Type Examination of 100 Maximum Marks. The question paper for categories at Sr.No. 1 to 9, 12 & 14 shall be in English only and for other categories it will be bilingual (both in English and Punjabi), except the questions on languages. It will be of two hours duration having 100 objective type questions with multiple choice answers each carrying one mark, as detailed below: Number of Questions

Minimum qualifying Marks for all candidates will be 35% (Thirty Five percent) of Maximum marks. There will be negative marking. 0.25 of the mark of a question shall be deducted for every wrong answer. ii. iii. HOW TO APPLY
i. The candidate has to verify himself that he/she fulfils all the eligibility conditions for the post. Appearing in the Written examination and qualifying the test on the basis of information provided in the Application and tentative eligibility, does not entitle him/her for appointment to the post. The recruitment shall be subject to verification of Testimonials and the selection shall liable to be declared null & void without any notice in case any document is found fake or forged or not meeting the required criteria/rules. Verification of original documents would be done at the time of counseling and joining. The purpose would be to verify different records regarding identification, age, original certificates qualifying examination, state of eligibility, category etc, of the candidate. On failing to establish of any of the documents the candidate will not be considered for recruitment and shall be liable for criminal action. ii. The candidate should take a print-out of the Application Performa and send it duly filled & signed with two passport size photographs, one pasted & cross signed on the application form and the other enclosed separately, along with photocopies of the documents in support of the information provided in Application against the columns marked asterisk and a Demand draft towards Application fee, so as to reach in the office of the undersigned latest by 5.00 PM of 30h November, 2011. iii. Prescribed minimum and maximum age for these posts shall be determined on the basis of last date

of receipt of applications. No relaxation in age in the prescribed limits is permissible for any category of candidates except the cases covered under condition No. (ix) here-under

In terms of orders of the Honble Punjab & Haryana High Court in respect of surplus employees of Spinfed, Punjab and subsequent instructions from the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Punjab in respect of surplus employees of Spinfed and Sugarfed, Punjab, such candidates, who apply, shall be considered subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility and other criteria for recruitment.
