Customer Service Other interesting search statistics for Q2 2010: The highest ranking IT certification-related terms continue to be CCNA and CISSP, taking the 13th and 15th positions overall. Android moved ahead of iPhone, with Android in the 23rd position and iPhone in the 28th position. Three different SharePoint searches appeared in the top 100: generic SharePoint, SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2007, taking the 5th, 24th and 54th positions respectively. We believe this indicates continued strong interest in SharePoint and the move from 2007 to 2010 versions.
