1. Purpose. To approve the realignment of subject shore activities per reference (a). 2. Background. This action reflects the modification of operational and administrative roles between U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and Navy Cyber Forces, and realigns Navy Communications Security Material System and subordinates and Navy and Marine Corps Spectrum Center to Navy Cyber Forces. 3. Organizational Changes. Realign subject shore activities effective immediately. Action

a. Commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command will take appropriate action to effect the transfer of Immediate Superior in Command responsibilities for subject shore activities. b. Director, Navy Staff Organization and Management Branch (DNS-33) will revise reference (b). 5. Cancellation Contingency. This notice will remain in effect for 1 year or until superseded, which ever occurs first. The organization action will remain effective until changed by Director, Navy Staff.
