The System is Broken and the Chasm between the Rich & poor is Widening. The World Populations growth rate is Unsustainable, and Standardised approaches to Education are Slowly diluting the Creativity of Future Generations. The Crisis in Unemployment will Deepen as the Forever Recession takes Root, leading to an ever shifting Benchmark of Requirements, for Employment. In the end automation will inevitably render many positions Obsolete. WHAT FUTURE DO YOU CHOOSE? You have to Realise that the Future will belong to those who Dare to Colour outside the Lines... Some of us will Create awareness about this Injustice, while teaching others not to turn a Blind eye to those who Suffer Needlessly. Then there are those of us who will be Charged with Building a New Creative Economy, Free from the short Comings of the Current System. Movements are in essence Tribes and these Tribes must gather to Unite as one Nation. We redefine our realities every day by the Choices we make and its about time we start accepting our Roles as Co-Creators.
