Further notes:1. The basic focus by all should be to complete course contents 20 days before end of the semester. Please do not assign whole subject to students for presentations. You have to teach first in addition they will do the presentations. 2. The teaching process focus should also be activity /case study/evaluation based. Means in addition to course content/theory, emphasis is also required towards practical approach. 3. As per time table, we have kept SGA period at end of the day for whole week , so we are having 5o (5 * 10 weeks) SGA periods in one semester. 5 periods for each subject accordingly each faculty will getting 2 days for 2 class tests, 2 days for 2 SGAs(GD, personal presentation) during that period. As minimum of two class tests, 2 SGAs and 2 Home assignments are must for both semesters. (Ist half and II half of the year) , therefore each faculty to put in their session plan dates for CTs and SGAs. 4. Please ensure that evaluation process is scientific and followed religiously in an unbiased manner. Our focus should be more towards average or below average students with an eye on above average students. A model has already been decided by us. 5. It is also very important to note that we all have to work with peer support methodology in teaching. Which means when any external faculty comes to our institute for imparting valuable knowledge we should attend that lecture. This will enhance our knowledge base also. 6. As far as possible we all have to ensure that substantial emphasis is also given to research and paper writing. The more we all will involve ourselves in such research/publications the more will be knowledge base enhancement and beneficial to self as well as to the student and institute also 7. In case of summer /winter project information to the students of their guide is an important task which requires to be strengthened as there are weak links in this whole process system. 8. All faculty members should prepare a separate subject file for library which will contain syllabus copy( in our syllabus just topics are given insert your contents in that and such edited syllabus copy) copy of session plan , question bank, topics of SGAs , model answer and marking scheme of last year question paper, list of reference books, list of websites etc. for students review. 9. Each faculty will maintain at least one open office hour twice in a week before or after college hours as per students convenience and display it on notice board. There will still be some students who will need to meet the faculty outside these hours. Faculty is expected to co operate. 10. Last but not least , all faculty members should continuously go through new book catalogues which are available in library, prepare a list of needed books and submit it to librarian directly so that administration can take reasonable steps for procurements of same in time.
