The company w as converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to Amtex Ind ia limited vide special resolution passed u/s 21, 31, 44, (2) (b) at the compani es act, 1956 on 2/4/1992 and the company obtained a fresh certificate of incorpo ration consequent to the of name to AARVEE DENIMS & EXPORT LIMITED ON 7/4/1994 . AARVEE DENIMS AND EXPORT LTD. In has grown up leaps and bounds and has emerged as one of the leading player in denim world. The company was started by MR.KALPESH SHAH. The first plant of the c ompany was started at Narol in Raipur village. The site at Vijay form, Narol was started in 2006 once more sites was started at bawdce. The company started before 22 years has achieved great fame today. In order to increase the dying and weaving capacity from 21.60 lac m eters and 7.02 lac meter respectively to 81.60 lac meters and 41.68 lac meters r espectively , the company came out with public issue in November 1992. HISTORY AND INFORMATION OF COMPANY AMTEX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporate 28th march, 1988 and the commercial production of denim fabric was started in 1989. The company was conv erted into a public limited company and the name was changed to AMTEX INDIA LIMI TED vide special resolution passed u/s 21, 31, 44 (2) (b) at the companies act, 1956 on 2-4-1992 and the company obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation c onsequent to the change of name to AARVEE DENIMS AND EXPORTS LIMITED on 7-4-1994 . The company set up facilities for dying 21.6 lac meters per annum of ya rn and processing of 21.96 lac meters per annum of grey fabric at village, Ranip ur, narol district a bad. The cost of the project was Rs. 86 lac and was financed by term loans of 40 lac from state bank of Hyderabad. Equity share capital of R s.24 lac and secured loans of Rs.22 lac from the promoters commercial production of denim in 1989. In 1991-92 the company set up facilities for weaving 7.02 lac meters per annum of fabrics at a cost at Rs.26 lac in 1992-93. The company under took an expansion project for increasing the yarn dying capacity from 7.02 lac m eters to 39 lac meters per annum. Equity share capital of Rs.700 lac [PromotersRs.250 lac, public-Rs.450 lac.] Internal accruals of Rs.79 lac and deferred cred it facilities of Rs.140 lac from IDBI. During 199-94 the company installed 4 conditional Lakshmi air jet lo oms to increase the weaving capacity. In order to further remove the bottleneck in the weaving the capacity the company has imported 34 second land sudacoma and suizer air jet looms at a cost Rs.300 lac from ICICI, 400 lac increasing the we aving capacity to 82.35 lac meters per ammum.

SPINING: Spinning 30.00 metric tonnes per annum. Trutzschler blow room, cards and draw frames, latest schlafhorst autocoro and a uto corners, zincer ring frames. In spinning at most all the machines are from acrimony. Blendomate Is Spinning Machine Which Mixed the Material. Waste is removed from the material. C L P machine and SP-MF machine opens the cotton. They work continuously. MXU-10 machine store the cotton. This machine is kept cool to prevent fire CLC-U machine separates all the material. Material is cleaned machine. Duxtex machine collects the total micro dust. CF-80 machine collects the waste. There are two pipes of blue and pink colour through which waste is thrown.

CARIDNG: TC-03 machine is used for carding. It cleans the cotton. WINDIND: It makes thread from cotton roles. WARPING: Through warping machines big him & cotton are made from small corner of cotton r ole. It has 512 ends. Its length is 18000 Its speed 600 WEAVING:

PRODUCTION PROCESS Raw Materials: The 14% increase in raw materials cost as compared to last year is attributable to the high cotton cost and yarn major increase in cotton cost was in second half of the year due to increase of all the commodity prices. The average cost remain low due to law cost cotton of previous year was consume d during the year. Direct Materials: The direct materials at Rs.20.68 crore the year as compared Rs .21.37 crore last year shows a decrease in use of dies and chemicals owing to li ttle reduction in the production volumes. The company is working on finding alte rnatives to these resources in order to reduce the cost. Boiler Plant: Stream is provided to the entire department through boiler p lant. Boiler plant using the sighing plant. ETP plant: ETP plant using the throughout waste product.

HISTORY AND INFORMATION OF COMPANY AMTEX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporate 28th march, 1988 and the commercial production of denim fabric was started in 1989. The company was conv erted into a public limited company and the name was changed to AMTEX INDIA LIMI TED vide special resolution passed u/s 21, 31, 44 (2) (b) at the companies act, 1956 on 2-4-1992 and the company obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation c onsequent to the change of name to AARVEE DENIMS AND EXPORTS LIMITED on 7-4-1994 . The company set up facilities for dying 21.6 lac meters per annum of ya rn and processing of 21.96 lac meters per annum of grey fabric at village, Ranip ur, narol district a bad. The cost of the project was Rs. 86 lac and was financed by term loans of 40 lac from state bank of Hyderabad. Equity share capital of R s.24 lac and secured loans of Rs.22 lac from the promoters commercial production of denim in 1989. In 1991-92 the company set up facilities for weaving 7.02 lac meters per annum of fabrics at a cost at Rs.26 lac in 1992-93. The company under took an expansion project for increasing the yarn dying capacity from 7.02 lac m eters to 39 lac meters per annum. Equity share capital of Rs.700 lac [PromotersRs.250 lac, public-Rs.450 lac.] Internal accruals of Rs.79 lac and deferred cred it facilities of Rs.140 lac from IDBI. During 199-94 the company installed 4 conditional Lakshmi air jet lo oms to increase the weaving capacity. In order to further remove the bottleneck in the weaving the capacity the company has imported 34 second land sudacoma and suizer air jet looms at a cost Rs.300 lac from ICICI, 400 lac increasing the we aving capacity to 82.35 lac meters per ammum.
