A drop down list is included to input the premium frequency. A new page has been included to add the start date and the end date so that the report will be generated for the given time span. The report will be generated with the start date and the end date. This function has been removed because the premium frequency is directly input from the UI. This function is modified to insert the premium frequency in proposal table. This function is changed to get the calculated premium amount depending on the premium frequency and plan type. This class is used to generate the policy report depending on the start date and the end date. This function has been included to get details from data base based on start date and end date. This function has been modified so that premium frequency will get updated in proposal table. This function has been modified so that premium frequency will get dumped in proposal table.
