Either the student or his/her Parent/Guardian must report for completing admission procedure with the following materials on the day and time given above, falling which they will loose right of admission: a. Original and a self-attested photocopy of the Mark-sheets of High School and Intermediate Examination. b. Three (3) Photographs of 35 mm size (stamp size) c. Original and a self-attested photocopy of the certificate of reserved category. d. Fees in the form of a Bank Draft or Bankers Cheque in favour of the Principal, Ewing Christian College, Payable at Allahabad is accepted. 2. A candidate who fails to produce original mark-sheets / certificates shall loose right of admission, Downloaded Mark-sheets in place of original, shall not be accepted. 3. For Registration students in the waiting list must report between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon near the College Gate. No case of waiting list will be considered after 12:00 noon. 4. Allotment of subjects in B.A. will be done on the First Come First Serve basis except for waiting list. 5. In case a candidate is unable to complete the admission formalities personally, his/her parents/guardians can complete the formalities on the given date failing which the candidate will forfeit the right of admission. 6. Candidates who at the time of admission opt subject having practical or vocational courses must ensure that they bring the requisite additional fee in cash at the time of admission.
