SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Created revenue-generating system. Hired to increase productivity for a pipe manufacturing client of Boutique Consulting. Identified bottlenecks utilizing Lean concepts. Created plan to improve processes for scheduling, product turnaround and transportation optimization. Implemented plan, generating $12M in additional revenue. Solved production inefficiencies, saving valuable resources. Recruited by SAIC to improve product & service planning, delivery and production for a refinery/oil company. Identified source of maintenance and spare part distribution/drop off issues and implemented procedures, improving efficiency 20%. Increased savings dramatically for distribution and warehousing departments. Reversed Losses. Selected as lead consultant through SAIC to handle operational problems for a major upstream oil company (exploration). Determined causes of production and material loss, then proposed solutions. Gained acceptance for design and implementation. Received funding for execution. Increased production 20% and eliminated loss. Managed project, increasing profits. As an Independent Consultant, wanted to grow profits. Managed two real estate projects by purchasing properties, and materials, obtaining permits, hiring contractors, negotiating with vendors and managing cost. Completed $1M construction project.
