Back to Basics

The whole point of this report is not to get overwhelmed with the range, quantity, pro portion & quality of nutrients needed to sort out the Immune disorders.
Instead it's just to recognize these fundamentals 1 st, instead of running to the Doctor &
the pharmacy.
The way to get them all is quite easy & economical as long as you follow the instructions.
So there will be a one time effort of a few hours in order to personalize the MicroVita
SuperDiet system given your specific situation : personal preferences, MicroVita pro file, food choices available etc.
You don't have to measure the nutrient levels while adapting the system.
And you will more than recoup that time, effort & money because your new dietary lifestyle will progressively consume lesser time, effort & money as you find
yourself gradually gravitating more & more towards it.
That's how it has been for me. Let it happen.

2 Known Essentials
1st we'll enlist the 20+ nutrients directly involved in running your Immune system.
These are the known ones.
The MicroVita SuperDiet system however precludes others as well.

Chances are your are NOT getting 1. all of them

2. in adequate quantities
3. in the right ratios
4. from the right sources in terms of beneficent MicroVita
5. matching your MicroVita profile
6. without any antagonists coming in the way

3 Natural Elements

3.1 5 MacroNutrients
1. Glutathione
2. Glutamine

3. Glycine
4. Omega 3 EFA

Not from fish / krill oil. They have malefic MicroVita.

Minimize Omega 6 by eliminating unsaturated vegetable oils. They reduce

mega 3 intake.

5.

Cholesterol
As highlighted in the Reverse the 4 root-causes of low immunity: your 5
phase neo protocol dossier, several hormones play a critical role in the
immune system modulating it, priming it up, etc.
Cholesterol is one of the common ingredients needed to make them up.
If you aren't lactose tolerant, don't have an issue with mucous & can find a
source to supply unpasteurized milk from grass fed free-range cows, not
loaded with hormones & antibiotics then, it's not a bad idea to try that milk,
preferably as a home-made yogurt, & see if it goes well with you.
Prefer home-made yogurt (making it is damn easy). Commercial yogurt have
several issues, namely
They almost invariably have preservstives, all of which are not always
declared in the list of ingredients.

Usually pasteurized, even the organic ones.

They may also have harmless strep bacteria added which may trigger an
immune response.

3.2

3 Common factors

1. Full-spectrum Sunlight

!
2.

No artificial sun-screens please! They are toxic. The Solarian

Morphogenesis book presents the right approach to self-protection from Sun
damage.

Fresh Synbiotics

Not from the artificial-preservative-laden yogurt sitting in SuperMarket

shelves.

3. Self-urine Therapy (as long as you don't have urinary tract infection, etc)

Only for the bold & the adventurous - under proper guidance. The
Prophylactic Nutriment books provides the exact instructions missed out by
ALL other sources you will ever come across.

3.3

3 Miscellaneous alimentals

1. Almonds

2. Beetroot (trimethylglycine, for adequate methylation)

3. Seaweeds

Synergists & Antagonists

1. To be able to absorb any nutrient we need all the other nutrients

which work synergistically with it (Tabulated below).
2. They must be in the right proportion to each other.

3. Otherwise many of the nutrients, if taken in excess, actually inhibit

the absorption of some or the other nutrient.
4. We also need to avoid the non-nutritive & semi-nutritive substances
we may be consuming in the name of "food" & "medicine"

So how do we ensure that we get them all in the right proportion?

1. Eliminating or atleast minimizing unnecessarily cooked foods is the 1st

adventure to embark upon as we'll see in the next mail.
Is there a practical & enjoyable way to do that?
2. Organically grown living foods have them in a good working combination
in order to support their own very life.
But organic foods are expensive &/or inadequately accessible for most of
the general populace; So is there a better option?
3. Ofcourse there are many other factors as well for us to discover as we
go.

28

5 Your organs trapped in Domino's

effect?

Since all our organs are totally interdependent, dysfunctionality in any one organ
impact others.
If this happens to more than one organ over an extended period of time & to an
unmanageable extent then their overall microvita intelligence will go haywire.
The deterioration will cascade further down the chain producing a domino effect of
increasingly suboptimal organ outputs.
On & off your good microvita may be able to re-establish some semblance of sanity
& infections would subside.
But the continued barrage of unwanted microvita constructs, mainly from your diet &
lifestyle will incite the vicious cycle again and that's when you have a relapse - a
flare-up.
This complex linkup between various organs, makes it imperative that all organ
systems be developed together.
For e.g.
1. Some hormones are regulated BY your immune system, notably thyroid
hormone activity.[1]
2. DHEA & other hormones regulate your immune system for e.g. as
immunomodulators; i.e. they can alter the sensitivity of the immune system.
3. Feminine sex hormones immunostimulate both adaptive [2, 3, 4, 5] and

innate immune responses. [6] most notably prolactin & growth hormones.
[7,8]
It is conjectured that a progressive decline in hormone levels with age is partially
responsible for weakened immune responses in aging individuals.[5]
As your next step out of this microvita quagmire, the Vedic secret to Longevity &
Youthfulness book follows in the next mail.
Use the 10 practical tips in there to boost your cellular provisions of this special
metabilic factor, needed more & more to run your bio-chemistry, in view of the

29

ravages wreaked by infections.

That's one of the crucial components of building up your body's inherent ability to
respond to them while following the rest of the phases of your self-immunity
rejuvenation protocol so that your body can do something more productive than
being perennial over-whelmed with cleaning up the mess arising out of not living a
neo-scientifically valid life-style.

...physical food is not simply for the physical body: it has its

effect on the spiritual body also.

The cells of your physical body are created from the cells
that you receive from your physical food, and your psychic
body is also influenced by these cells.
So while taking food, you should be very careful.

Micro-electricity : the best germ killer

It works as long as you can make the current reach the infected tissues. Just tape
together two 1.5 or 1.2 V batteries in series i.e. with the plus of one touching and
minus of another.
Better still use a batter holder. It comes with terminals. You may attach / wind those
terminals to steel spoons. Then put them across the infected organ.
You may bu a blck of natural sponge, dampen it & insert the spoon within it to
increase the area of contact. Don't use it on your head but it's ok it put on the face
to zap the viruses in your sinuses.
Stay within 6 V at most.

Your next step

The beauty of the MicroVita SuperDiet system is such that if you just follow
the 8 day course that comes with it, you will get all 120+ of them in the right
quantity, quality & matching your MicroVita makeup, without having to worry

No other complementary or alternative treatment meets these essential criterion.
Definitely not all the allopathic razz-ma-tazz.
Even the self-help non-profit sites & forums are littered with lots of really bad free
advice which doesn't meet the minimum standards of acceptability from the
MicroVita point of view.
To make an informed choice about MicroVita SuperDiet , do checkout the entire
series of video presentations. As pompous as it may sound, they entail the entire
spectrum of exciting possibilities directly concerning each & every area of your
life from

physical to psychological health & well-being;
