I was recruited to be the divisional MD of the Room Bio-decontamination Service business. Key Achievements: As a start-up business we designed and built a net-based database and GIS map of 40 UK telecom companies fibre networks. We successfully co-ordinated 4 out-sourcing of net provisioning projects and completed 6 research / strategic development & business analysis projects. As part of a core 3 man team reporting to the NFC Main Board I was responsible for the preparation and presentation of information memorandum and data room, liaison with our corporate advisors, lawyers and the bidders, bid evaluation / selection and final disclosure and contract negotiations. Key Achievements: Successfully completed NFCs restructure program, including the disposal of BRS Car Lease to G.E.
