Individual Competency
In the research of whether Psychology Capital can influence Positive Well Being, many factors that can be establishing psychological capital are used. Noted that some elements of positive well being are performance at work, successful relationship, and superior mental. If we see furthermore, that three elements are the part of EQ. With the result we can say that EQ is the important thing to raise positive well being. Happy people had better physical and mental health outcomes and behavior. In conclusion, happier, more positive people are, more resilient in the face of hardship, have stronger immune systems, and are physically healthier. Happy people even live longer. Those means level of emotional people can bring people

to positive psychology, so the ability to control self emotion or commonly called as EQ must be trained well. So, to make truly valuable contribution to the field the mission of positive organizational behavior must include the pursuit of employee happiness, health, and betterment issues as viable goals or ends in themselves.

Emotional and Social Intelligence

That some explanation more raise an opinion which said that the success of someone is based on the level of EQ, whereas level of IQ only help a little part in the success. If we look the peoples key of success, the beginning sequences are because discipline, easy to blend in community, can see the situation, and so on. Those key successes are exactly a part of EQ. In emotional and social intelligence, there are 4 types of emotion, which are self awareness, self management, social awareness, and relationship management. In the reference in analyzing positive psychology, there is selfperceptions which show the increasing when it supported by many resources like self esteem, close attachments, health, and inner peace. So, it can help people thrive and succeed at work, in relationships and, with health. Kinds of self perceptions there are efficacy, optimistic expectations, and higher goals for themselves. Furthermore, it is evident that many psychological

resources are related; suggesting that If an individual is high in one resource, they are often high in others. So, self development can be done by develop many resources in ourselves. Whereas, the definition of resource according to Hobfoll is those entities that either are centrally valued in their own right or act as a means to obtain centrally valued ends. Ones ability to acquire and maintain resources is both a means and an end; a mean for achieving success and ends that include adaptation, coping, and well-being. Positive well-being is a subjective experience. In other words, people are psychologically well to extent that they believe themselves to be. This is kind of developing emotional and social intelligence. In self intelligence, there is self awareness; any form of self awareness like believe in themselves needs to be developed in order to develop positive well-being. It is also in self management; any form of self management like achievement orientation, adaptability, emotional self-control, positive outlook also needs to be developed in order to develop positive well-being. Optimism Defined as the attributions one makes and the explanatory style one uses in response to events. It is oriented toward evaluation of the past or recently or recently occurring events, as opposed to only being oriented toward the future. We can say that optimist is a person who attributes the outcomes of positive events to internal, stable effort, or causes, whereas negative events or outcomes are attributed to, or perhaps explained by specific, unstable, external events that perhaps were also unavoidable. Ressilience The forth component of PsyCap is defined as ones ability to bounce back or rebound when faced with disappointing outcome, set back, or failure, or even positive events
