The Growing private English teaching industry in Bangladesh: A Curse or Blessing This is the findings from the survey

of private English teaching in Bangladesh. Most of the students are interested take private tution in English after school hours. And then second query more than response four hours per Week do spend for studying with the private tutor. Most of the students are take private tution by going to the Coaching centre. Some students before class six to class eight start taking private tution in English. Most of the students are thinking private tutions are more helpful in getting a good grade in the exams rather than regular classes at school. Students are taking private tution two most important reasons: private tutor are more helpful, friendly and they address our problems personally. My teachers deliberately encourage at school to take private tuion from them. Thirty percent student are going to a coaching center, then in per batch .Average ten percent batches teachers are teaching per day. Students survey from tell me now sometimes are the extra textual materials ,which are provided by the private tutors, helpful in doing well in exam .sometimes tutors emphasize the teaching and learning of four major skills( reading ,writing ,listening and speaking )in English .Students are satisfied there level of proficiency in English after talking private tution is satisfactory. In tution students are most important practice about their reading and writing skills. Lastly in our survey most of the students said that sometimes they practice there four language skills outside the classroom by themselves. Parents spend at average taka 1500 per month to their children for English teaching. Because they think if their children take tution from the private tution They will good grade in the exam .They think private tutor are more helpful, friendly and they address the students problems personally .At the large classes at school students cannot communicate with the teachers properly .Most of the parents are said that they are satisfied with their children level of proficiency after taking private tution . At the same time they said that there children practice the language skills sometimes at home .They agree with us that

their children listening and speaking skills have improved after talking private tution in English .Most of the parents said that private tution in English should be encouraged from the very beginning of schooling. Because of the children able to understand the main theme of English at the beginning level they would be able to gather more knowledge about English .At last from the survey, we can say that, private English teaching industry in Bangladesh is blessing for us.
