BASE CABINET CONSTRUCTION A. Cabinet face frames are 38mm (1 1/2") wide by 19mm (3/4") thick solid hardwood. York, Vista and Princeton face frames are 40mm (1 9/16") wide by 19mm (3/4") thick solid hardwood. B. Cabinet end panels are 12 mm ( 1/2") thick and constructed of multi-ply furniture grade plywood with a matching wood interior finish. Side panels are dado joined with the back, bottom panel and face frame. C. Cabinet back is constructed of 9mm (3/8") plywood frame joined to a 3mm (1/8") plywood panel with a matching wood interior finish. Bases are predrilled for roll-out drawers and include a poly bag of hole plugs. York is 5mm (1/4") frame joined to 5mm (1/4") panel. D. Wall cabinet tops and bottoms are constructed of 12mm (1/2") plywood with a matching wood interior and exterior finish. 15mm (5/8") thick solid wood hanging rails are attached to the interior side of the tops and bottoms. York hanging rail is 12mm (1/2") thick. E. Base cabinet bottom construction is 9mm (3/8") plywood with a matching wood interior finish. 762mm (30") and above base and vanity cabinets have a center bottom support for additional reinforcement. Belmont has a 6mm (1/2") bottom panel. F. Wall cabinets contain an adjustable shelf constructed of 15mm (5/8") plywood with a matching wood finish. A poly bag of shelf clips is included. G. Base cabinets contain a half depth adjustable shelf constructed of 15mm (5/8") plywood with a matching wood finish. H. Drawer box is four sided, 12mm (1/2") and is rabbet joined. Drawer bottom is plywood with a matching wood interior finish and is 9mm (3/8") thick for Belmont/Randolph. Vista/Princeton is 5mm (1/4") thick. York drawer front/back is not rabbet joined and is 18mm (3/4") MDF, drawer side is 12mm (1/2"). I. Drawer glides are epoxy coated and side mounted to the drawer box with adjustable drawer sockets. J. Toekick is constructed of 12mm (1/2") thick plywood with matching wood finish.
