Resolution No. 13 A RESOLUTION INFORMING THE LASALLIAN COMMUNITY THAT THE USLS STUDENT ORGANIZATION EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT EMMANUEL G. IBAEZ WILL DELIVER HIS STATE-OF-THE-ORGANIZATION ADDRESS DURING THE 10TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE STUDENT SENATE ON AUGUST 11, 2011

WHEREAS, Article VII of the Executive Branch, Section 14 of the Student Organization Constitution of 2003 states that at the beginning of every semester, the President shall deliver the Senate his State-of-the-Organization Address; WHEREAS, State-of-the-Organization Address will contain the Presidents report to the overall condition of the Student Organization, solutions and proposed legislations and such other matters he may deed important for the Senate to be aware of; WHEREAS, it is also stipulated in Article VII, Section 14 of the SO that on the Senate Session called for this purpose, all members of the Student Court, the Cabinet, the Constitutional Commissions, the College Councils, Officers of the Accredited Campus Clubs, Political Party Representatives, the Spectrum, the Student Affairs Coordinator and other officers must be present; NOW IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING; BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Student Senate of the USLS, to inform the Lasallian community that the USLS-Student Organization President Emmanuel G. Ibaez will deliver his State-of-the-Organization Address during the 10th Regular Session of the Student Senate on August 11, 2011 at a venue to be announced; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Committee on Issues and Advocacy shall be tasked to post copies of this resolution; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Committee on Issues and Advocacy will notify the Lasallian Community through Public Address System; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Student Organization shall be invited; RESOLVED FINALLY, that the Senate Secretary will be responsible to distribute copies of this resolution to the following offices: Office of the Brother President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Administration, Dean of Student Affairs, College Deans,

Student Activities Coordinator, Executive Department, Judiciary Department, University Student Government Constitutional Commissions, The Spectrum, and College Councils. This Resolution shall take effect immediately after its approval. UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED and PROMULGATED on this 7th of July, 2011 by the Student Senate of the University of Saint La Salle.
