WeIcome to the 2010 EmpIoyee Survey!
This survey is being conducted on behalf of <CONAME> by Douglas Communications nc. We are
an external survey research firm and our role is to collect and analyze the information from the
survey. We will prepare a summary of the results which we will deliver to the <CONAME>
leadership team.
The summary of results will contain summary statistics (mostly percentages) for groups with at
least eight respondents. This ensures that your individual responses remain confidential. We will
not release your individual results and once the survey data has been analyzed all
questionnaires will be destroyed.
Please take the time to give us your opinion about your work experience at <CONAME>. t is
important to have as many as possible complete the survey so that we get good, solid results to
work with.
